All the customers were homeless and controlled the television. You could smell them (lack of bathes) from far off.The managers were the owners children. And their attitude was not to improve their customers experience. They were bothered by the customers interrupting their phone calls. I have lived on the area for 37 years. It's no surprise that they are doing less business then they use too. WON'T go back again!
Cold greeting from cashier who had a cold disposition that matched the Cold chicken at noon time. I ate as much as i could bare but at almost 11 bucks for a 2pc meal and drink that was way too pricey for it not to be at least tasty! At least the tea was good! Hadnt had Grandys in awhile and looks like i wont be back in awhile
Well I used to like this place but after my visit today I don't plan on coming back. The girl who took my order (drive thru) was not at all friendly. There was a loud truck right next to the intercom I said the meal I wanted and she said something and I couldn't hear her and then when he turned off his truck I said what and she just said what else so I finished ordering. I thought the price was a bit high but didn't even realize until I was long gone that she gave me a double portion instead of a single. Then when I get to the window she takes my card slams window, hands it back slams window, gives me food and says have a good day in a rushed tone and slams window. I start driving off and realize she forgot my drink I pull back around and she just gives me my drink and doesn't say a single word then slams window.....I've come here multiple times in the past and have always had friendly employees with good service but I guess things have changed. I totally get that you don't want to be at work and I can even get that you don't enjoy your job or that you don't get paid enough but if you got that much attitude and can't even treat people with the lowest amount of respect then quit your job. I mean I'm sure you would do much better working at a warehouse or someone where you don't even deal with customers. JS.
Love this Grandy’s been going for years all the way from Rockwall! Well worth the drive this is the cleanest, nearest one anywhere! The rest are run down and not upkept. This is the best Grandy’s in DFW!!!
Ehh. .. order came out quickly, it was room temp.. I think it'd been sitting a while... taste was ok at best ... one of my favorite from grandys was the hot rolls with butter and honey... rolls not hot, and no honey... don't know if I'll ever go back. Disappointed
Food was good & fresh. Employees were friendly & eager to take our order. The restaurant was clean & tidy. I'll drive out of my way to come here. Especially when a good number of other Grandy's are closing in the area. ??

They have us fast service. The food was good. The dining area was clean. The restrooms had a slight smell and neededa little cleaning. The Mac and cheese was not as good as it could have been. The catfish was good, though.
If you can't have a delivery order ready before twenty minutes after the pickup time, you should probably not offer delivery. The hostess was nice enough but that's way too slow for a Tuesday night. The place wasn't even busy inside.
Highly confused why online menu says my order is $25.99 pre tax and yet when I went to drive thru I ended up paying $32??? Apparently it's $29.99 in person for the exact same thing. $2 tax. Was not happy about paying $6 extra than expected. Had to pull around and wait to receive food. Boxes are extremely flimsy and cheap, owner needs to invest in better containers. My gravy was white when I asked for brown. The gravy was leaking all over the bag when I arrived home. Rolls seemed over cooked. Food is plain. The cup of water was delicious though.
