Nice chai place to hangout. I was here with my wife and we ordered some hot drinks with foam as topping. The earl grey oolong tea was very nice and it taste even better with foam. I simply loved it. The cups are also nice and well packaged to hold hot drinks. Would definitely recommend this place.
I like this location because the tea tastes good and mostly positive experiences with staff. I usually have big orders and this location does a good job with getting all of the orders right, which is rare. Been going here for years, and I like it so far. Also, I think management here seems nice and the location is well managed.
The owner was very rude. I was ordering next to the shield, he yelled at me to stand behind, that's fine I did that, he then yelled at me again to stand in the middle behind the shield. You don't talk to customers like that. It's post COVID now, you think the shield can block COVID? Hell no. You were wearing a cloth face mask, it makes no protection at all.The boba tea tasted okay, not the best and doesn't worth the price.There are so many boba tea places in the area, I'm definitely not coming back and not recommending it. Go somewhere else where owners don't talk rudely to you.Edit: for the reply from the owner, after the first time you told me to stand behind the shield, I already did and was standing behind the shield. There was a shield in between your employee and I. There was no point in telling me the second time.
I love their tea. I usually order the wintermelon tea and they have a variety of toppings you can add. Service is quick and friendly. Interior is nice too. I need to go more often. lol
Josh was such a sweetheart! I didn't know what I wanted because I have only had one other boba tea and I didn't know what was good. Josh knew exactly what to do and jumped right into action! I actually really love what he made too! It is a scrumptious Taro tea with heart jelly! I highly recommend this place???
Nice place to sit and have a milk tea or other nicely presented sweet beverage. Not a lot of seating, but there are comfortable furniture options. When I went, there was only one bathroom open and there wasn't any changing station for babies.
Gong Cha is one of my favorite chains for my bubble tea needs. I got a basic Thai tea with less ice. Definitely love the various seasonal drinks. Everyone is always courteous and helpful with the menu. Feel free to take your time and choose something other than your usual!
Been going here for years. Staff is always fast and friendly and I've been through several boba drink swings. I personally love the earl grey milk tea with pudding, grapefruit aiyu drink, peach green tea, dirty brown sugar boba, (i'll stop here but there's so much more). Me and my friends all love to hang out here as I have many memories here and my sister is a regular here (as in she comes here 5 days a week lol). Would recommend everyone to try it out!!
Our favorite local boba place. Good menus with lots of options. Quick service. Nice atmosphere and relaxing to hang out at. Clean bathrooms.
This location has more chewy boba than the Richardson. Both are great but if u love boba this is the one!
