Our group arrived at 7 pm. Our order costs around 200 dollars. The waitress thought we did not order enough so she deliberately neglect our table. We did not received our side dishes until I went back to talk to our waitress at 07:53. She took care of other group who came after us multiple times. I understood we ordered more than others and it may took more time, however, I did not think ask her give us some side dishes to start with was too much of a request. Instead the waitress said "you do not want to argue with me, I am the only one who serve here, I am busy now." She definitely ruined our birthday dinner. If this is how they treated their customers, I will never be back! This is not my first time to dine here. The service is better previously. Someone needed to learn some manner. Very disappointed this time. Our waitress was a order lady. She will be nice to certain group and be rude to others. Watch out for her.
The food and price worth a 4-5 stars. Then guess what? The service. The waitresses are not rude, they just don't care. OK, fine, we can pay you a lower tip accordingly. But they just charged us a madatory 20％ tip without noticing us. The only option on the receipt is add more tip and sign my name. I really don't understand, if it is mandatory, why don't you just add it into the price?
Absolutely delicious, fast service and wonderful portions. Clean, and friendly service. Would highly recommend to others. Their steamed egg soup is very good. Their kimchi is AWESOME
Great music playlists, great service, and awesome food. The kimchi is delicious and I’m a big fan of the bulgogi and the spicy pork belly. Price is also very fair for good tasting food! If I could give it ten stars, I’d make sure to. 5/5
A great place to eat when nothing sounds good. Like a completely different experience and all new flavors in one dinner. At some point a lot of restaurants start tasting the same if you travel alot and then it's great to have a restaurant like this one that is way different but tastes amazing. Thanks for the great dinning experience!!
Food was great. Had the spicy hotpot, but it was as spicy as i expected, but very good. Wife had the Korean bbq which she loved. I got 4 meats on the first round with the option of ordering more, but that was enough. I almost couldn't eat it all. Be sure and put a few shrimp in the hotpot......its awesome!
Great place for hot pot! Pretty empty on a Sunday evening. The service was fast. The buffet of vegetable and meat additions was clean and had a lot of variety. They have a good selection at their sauce bar as well. Getting two orders of meat per person was a good amount for my group. The server was polite and timely.

I am confused on why this place has such high reviews. I went there yesterday because it was very affordable and I was in a mood for a hot pot. I have never had a Korean hot pot, I have always went to Yoshi Shabu Shabu for hot pot and I LOVE their food. But this failed in comparison. The soup base I got truly tasted like water. But the description stated that it would be rich and creamy. It was watery and bland. The salad bar although appearing to be quality it wasn’t cleaned properly. Cabbage had dirt on the leaves and I was very upset about that. I asked for chicken, rib eye and wagyu. They gave me all beef so they didn’t listen to me. And even though I tried to make this the best I possibly could it wasn’t good AT ALL! I will not be back I even paid after that and I only had 2 bites. And that is something I don’t like about Asian restaurants they will still make you pay for their lack thereof. I will NOT be coming back nor recommending for anyone. Awful experience
