Floors are sticky and not clean. The same with seating area. Its ok to increase prices if the quality of food is improved. Looks like that's not the case. I have been to this location 3 years back and quality has degraded despite price hikes. Sauces are very greasy and bland, veggies are not fresh and even the main grill is not clean. I feel bad for staff working here.
The food is well prepared and the place is excellent if you are a foodie.Ambience is comfortable and service is friendly and prompt.Would definitely visit again?☯️
I always have a good experience but today I wanted to try their new low country boil which was a mistake. I was excited to order it because of the crab but to my surprise it’s basically imitation crab (to each their own), I would have never bought it if I knew it was not real crab (I don’t blame the restaurant because I should have asked more questions prior to ordering and picking it up) , what really bothers me is that my bowl was more like an imitation crab meal with rice and the other stuff on the side. Too much of the crab ruined it for me. I’ll always be back to Genghis but maybe not to retry that one. If you like imitation crab, I’m sure you’ll love it though.
Service is slow, not much customers eating on a Monday! Price for the bowls went up, $15.99 for regular, $19.99 for large, maybe that is why no one is eating here anymore! 1 waiter for the whole restaurant, how is Genghis Grill staying in business ?!!
I had not been to Genghis Grill in many years. I found the food, service and facility were excellent. I had a large build your own bowl with brown rice, Uron noodles and tortillas and it was delicious.
Today was my first experience here and it was amazing! We had Jaclyn as our waitress and she gave us the best customer service we have had since staying in DFW. She was absolutely amazing! The food and drinks reached beyond my expectations. We will definitely be back!
As i walked in the server by the name of "Q" was very friendly. The environment was a place for the family. The food was amazing thanks to the cooks. The .25 cent tip we left our server made his day. You earned that tip. The smile he gave priceless.
Great food, staff, drinks and environment! Had a small mix up with our take out order but it was quickly handled! This is by far my favorite Genghis grill in the area!

Well the food was not bad however the floors in to lobby were pretty gimey, and the dishes the food was served on were not very clean either I definitely will not go back to this location.
