I placed an order online to pick up in store. When I arrived the three employees were standing by the cooks and chatting with them. One lady came over and helped the guy in front of me, and then ran off back to the group to chat some more. I stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes while they chatted it up and ignored me. Also, I asked for hot sauce and they literally put less than a centimeter of hot sauce and each cup. This place has really gone downhill, the quality of the food was not the same as it was before. I won't be going back again.
UPDATE: The management team has done a wonderful job at recognizing and responding to my experience. I'm updating this review to reflect their effort to make things up to me. I'm looking forward to returning and giving this location another shot the next time I'm in the neighborhood!Shredded chicken tacos I had on Saturday 4/23 were so dry and not at all like how I remembered them ? I was so excited to have Fuzzy’s again after having great experiences at the locations in Oklahoma and left the one in Plano feeling disappointed with what I was served this visit.
Probably the best Fuzzys I’ve ever been to! I am a fiend for the beef nachos drenched in the butter burning hot sauce..Service was great! The gentleman that helped us out was very polite and attentive. Even though he was super busy taking care of everyone. I believe his name was Chase!I would highly recommend checking this location out. The fish tacos were awesome too! I had to refrain from eating my girlfriends food.
Fuzzy’s use to be a weekly destination. Sadly over the years the food and service have declined. Tonight was the worst and probably the last time we will attempt it. Went into the Plano location, it was empty. Waited 10 mins for someone to come to the front. As we stood there more people came in. Even called the restaurant from the line hoping that would make something happen. Nothing. We finally walked out with other patrons. Absolutely ridiculous for staff to care more about socializing than doing their job. Also, why would anyone leave FOH completely unattended for 10 mins?!?
Good food and environment! Margaritas could use a bit more flavor, but they are ok. The customer service could be a little more informative on where condiments and other items are located. Overall, I will visit again.
Pretty good Fish Tacos. Their Mahi-Maho grilled tacos with rice & veggies and borracho beans were above average. Price without drink was just over $10
Vanessa the bartender is always great. She makes great drinks, always with a great attitude and smile. Congrats to Angie also on the GM position she's always been a hard worker and great person full of laughter and kindness and she is well deserving. The atmosphere there is second to none and I recommend that Fuzzys to everyone! KUDOS! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
If you want CRISPY potatoes in your food, you will literally have to break out your colorful chalk and do an hour long question and answer session after the presentation. I have tried half a dozen times to get them to cook me crispy potatoes. It has only happened ONE time. Another time, the "person" that answered the phone was rude to me for trying to verify they would be crispy by explaining how many times they weren't. The food is only average to begin with. You HAVE to listen to your customers when they speak. You HAVE to spend more time cooking the potatoes whether you like it or not when a customer requests crispy potatoes. Most importantly, you have to have WAY more respectful people answering the phones.
Angy is the greatest bartender/waitress. They are so cool and I enjoy the conversation with them more then any place I’ve ever been too, love them!! Would 100% recommend
Angie was a wonderful server. she was on point with her service and was very nice. she brought out a wonderful serving and is a constant return because of this good service. thank you Angie!
