Great atmosphere and quality food! The vibe is really fun and the menu has a ton of options from fried seafood baskets to Cajun options to raw oysters and even gator tail. Would easily be a 5 star restaurant in my opinion if not for some of the prices. I know everything is pretty expensive right now, but the price points for food here seem to be higher than other comparable seafood places. I liked that they have a whole refrigerator of different bottled beers, but the beer is pricey too compared to other similar spots. They do have a monthly dining club you can join, which is cool. When we signed up we got a buy one get one free entree coupon to use next time.
This is a nice casual place for seafood lovers; order and pick up when your device buzzes. Choices are plentiful, and not just limited to seafood. With a little blues music playing in the background, one can have a conversation with others without shouting.
We went mid-afternoon. I ordered the grilled salmon, made it snappy! It was grilled perfect, sides we also done to my liking. Husband orders fried catfish basket and was extremely pleased- crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Wait staff was also friendly and provided excellent service. ?
Very clean restaurant.Good selection of local beers. They didn’t have raw oysters but grilled snapper was excellent.
Like always everything is delicious and the staff always attentive than you Juan the GM for the great experience... It's a great place and a wonderful teamwork
We had dinner at the Flying Fish in Plano this evening, and gave the cashier a Flying Fish Fishing License" card that was stamped eight times, and which was supposed to give us a credit for $10 towards our meal. After we left, we found out that the $10 credit was not applied to the bill paid for by a family member. More than one person had ordered tea or soft drinks, so there was no excuse for the restaurant to not give credit to our bill for the card. Also, my husband had ordered some whole fish, and the fish were extremely small.
I was invited for dinner and being that it is Lent, I stated I had to have Seafood, and well, this is where I was taken. Let me start by saying, "IT WAS SO GOOD!" I had the Fried Shrimp Basket and Crawfish, both were Delicious. My God Sister had the Shrimp Po'Boy and it too looked delicious. We wanted Oysters, but they were out.The Atmosphere is so cool. There was a line when we went, but well worth the wait.I Mostly definitely will be going back!
Good service at the counter and kitchen was clean and efficient. Oyster on the half shell were fresh. Catfish, frog legs and gumbo were good, not special but acceptable. Fried shrimp were quite bad, old and very fishy tasting. I stopped eating the shrimp after one bite. Prices are high. We would pay their price if we could trust the shrimp.
Delicius food and most amazing service and nice people. My daughters inhaled 8 lbs of crawfish and the Talapia was simply the best!
Pretty good, but some dishes are much bigger portions, better values than others.I'm my pic, look how enormous the shrimp is, while how tiny the catfish fillets are.For this reason, I don't recommend the catfish.
