best burger I have had in a while !Rich decadent experience. We ordered hamburger and cheeseburgers and they were so delicious that we didn’t stop after the first bite to even talk lol.Accompanied by Cajun fries it was the perfect way to end a gloomy Monday ! Will be back again soon
This location is terrible. Staff is lazy and does not care about service or quality. There has been a leak of some kind under the soft drink dispenser for almost a year. Tables and floor are always dirty even when business is slow. Have observed employees wearing rubber gloves but this does no good when they are constantly pulling up their pants, rubbing their noses/masks, playing with cell phones, but don’t change gloves. Took 26 minutes to receive my order when only two other people in store. Ordered large fries and there were not even enough fries in the cup to be called a medium order. Tried to speak to someone about the lack of fires and they ignored me. Avoid this location. Five guys has a good quality product but this location is not the place to get it.
We showed up about 11:15am today, on 4/30/2022.We saw that Five Guys is open 7 days a week from 11am-10pm.We tried to go in, but the doors were locked.As we waited for them to open the door- a gentleman opened the door and said they won’t be ready to open for another 45 minutes.Which brings the scheduled open time behind 1 hour.Many people, are waiting to get in five guys.We’re all pretty mad!
Always like my Five Guys because it's a great burger...BUT...the guy handling the register with dark curly hair, average build, early 20's and wearing glasses was terrible. He didn't care at all. I could barely hear what he said. He was rude. Fix his handling of customer service, put him somewhere in the store where he doesn't get on customer's nerves or get rid of him! Day shift 29th of March 2:15pm.
Owner/manager too cheap to turn heat on even when it’s 35 degrees. Their excuse months ago was it was broken, same thing today. They’re just leasing the place, and the landlord would have fixed it months ago if that was true. Check the weather before going here lol. Food is good but it was $52 for 3 small burgers, 3 fries, 3 drinks.
We ate inside. I guess because the folks in the kitchen were hot because they were blasting A/C to the point it was miserably cold in the dining area. Beyond that, food tasted fine but was pretty hard on our stomachs.
Very bad place, went there on feb 4th when whole had like 10°f temperatures and this place had no heating. They changed 15 dollars for a poor quality cheaply made extremely small toy burger. It was shocking to see how this place is in business, never going there again, bye bye 5 guys
Amazing Service, and the hamburgers are freaking awesome- hot & Fresh , and the employee said thank you for coming here. 2nd time here and definitely coming BACK??
The service was great. the staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately the meat smelled a bit. The fries were soggy and greasy. Presentation of the fries was a bit unusual. They used a normal cup.
