I always forget whether I normally get a bacon cheeseburger or if the little bacon cheeseburger is enough for me. My wife and I each got the little bacon cheeseburger and it was definitely enough. The only difference is the normal size has 2 patties instead of 1. Food tasted great and fries were fresh and hot. We asked to split the fries 50/50 normal/Cajun seasoning, so they offered to give us the seasoning on the side. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because they forgot A1 sauce on my burger, but they were very friendly when I went back to ask for some on the side.
Pretty decent burger, lots of toppings to choose from and a giant helping of fries but the price reflects the size. First time.
Ordered through Uber Eats, Five guys forgot to add my milk shake. Im pregnant and i was specifically craving it... I called them, they put me on 13 min hold. Called them again several times but the voice mail was asking to enter my phone number, only on fourth time, they answered and said, I should ask for refund. By the way, my cheeseburger had too much ketchup.Terrible first time experience. Would not order with them again.
For two people I spent $44. Right after we placed our order they began cooking the burgers, which sounds like a good thing. Unfortunately our burgers were cooked and ready within a few minutes, but it took 20 minutes for the food to be handed to us. I requested well done fries, and I am almost certain that they realized it and just gave me extra fries to make up for it. I had a huge bag of soggy fries. I would certainly not recommend nor would I return.
$20 for a burger, regular fries, and a regular drink? Way overpriced. Burger was ok. Fries were cold and soggy. They used to give you half a bag of piping hot crispy fries. No longer. Just the cup was filled. Will be going elsewhere for my burger and fries fix. Such a shame...
Good customer service, but burger was bland and fries weren't well done as requested. An almost $17 meal is too much to go to waste so took the fries home to pop 'em in the oven. Ate as much of the burger that I could then trashed the rest! ?
Great burger. Lots of topping options. Bacon is very crisp. Cajun fries will change your life. Every bag gets an extra scoop of fries because bag fries are the best. A small cup of extra Cajun seasoning dumped in the bag and shaken with the fries makes them even more delicious.
Ok it's a little pricey for a burger joint but hear me out.. it's worth it! The burgers are tasty, good sizes (even the little is big) and the $5 milkshakes are sent from above. Get yourself some.
The burgers and fries were amazing. They were under staffed so it took longer to get our order then stated when we place our order.
Greta lunch for me and my daughter. We enjoyed the fries most of all!
