I am a frequent customer...but no longer. In addition to only taking cash, which is not convenient for anyone in the XXI century, poor service and so-so quality food... these people had the audacity to bring back my payment which included a tip of around 14 to 15%. The lady told me I needed to tip them 18%. She stated it was the restaurant policy. I told her that tip is optional unless written down in the menu or posted in a visible place. None of that was done. I told her I did not even had to tip and the service did not merit more than what they got. Left a couple of more bucks on the table...as I am sure they are paying little to their help...but I am DONE. I WILL NOT RETURN.
This place has Horrible customer service. The food was okay but Waitress and waiter were very rude. I didn’t know it was cash only. On the menu it says for 6 or more people a 15% tip will be included but I only had 3 and they wanted a 18%to 20% tip. I had given them a 2 dollar tip and she said “thats it?” I argued with the owner and waitress. I told them you can’t make people give tips. But now I know why they only take cash. Its because they don’t have to deal with the IRS when it comes to tax time. I will NEVER go back to this place again!!!!!!! Just be aware of how they treat customers. I will be calling IRS on this business first thing Monday morning First and Last bbq Chinese ??
Their food is good and delicious, but their waiter wasn't nice. We have been going there few times without any issue until yesterday. When they came back to give us the change after paying for the dinner, they tried to tell us something that we do not understand as we are deaf ourselves. We asked them to put down their mask since we relies on lipreading, but they refuse to. Other customer nearby had to tell us what they were saying. Turned out they are asking us to put down the tip. I find it very rude of them to demand us pay the tip and not respecting our disability needs. What an excellent customer service they have. :-/
This place is incredible kind waitress Grace was amazingly friendly the food is incredible it’s a yummy yummy stop it’s so good fresh authentic Chinese food family style I promise you I eat all over Dallas Fort Worth this is my favorite place and I felt like family dining here wonderful wonderful♥️
The food is good for a reasonable price and their fried rice has become a staple for a quick week night dinner. Their service can be hit or miss, and they will charge you for things that competitors offer as standard (for example, a single serving of chili paste, not extra). Be aware it's cash only so plan ahead!
Food was Outstanding and we had great service. The price was reasonable due to the fact they give you so much you cannot eat it all so you have leftovers to take home. Nothing fancy just a nice quit place to eat and it was clean. 1/30/2022. I will be going back soon.
Food was good but service left a lot to be desired. I also found their cash only policy quite disturbing . Other than that I don't think you will be disappointed. I gave it three stars because the food is only one part of the experience. If they did a better job with customer service this place would be amazing.
This place is overpriced, food is awful, awful service, and the only way you can pay is with cash. I've never had someone raise their voice at me before for wanting to substitute white rice with stir fried rice. I'm guessing she was the owner, Chinese lady working the counter. My friend and I agreed we are definitely not returning.
Eating here is like going to Canton China without having to buy the plane ticket. The most authentic Chinese around. The wonton noodle soup is legendary and the menu is extensive and prices reasonable. Cash only.
