This place is the absolute best everything on there menu is good! The employees are amazing there so kind and never seen one in a bad mood! Love this place a lot! Try the MATCHA LOL
Fat Straws is my favorite treat hands down! I've been coming to this location and the Galleria location for about 8 years now, because they have the best Boba in Dallas. Their flavors are all amazing, and I like all of the options, such as subbing for stevia, almond milk, etc. Their drinks aren't artificial tasting like a lot of places. I've tried nearly every drink on the menu and have yet to be let down. There's so much variety too, that it's easy to find a drink for whatever you're in the mood for. Their Machi doughnuts are amazing as well!
This is the best place for boba!! They have many options and lots of variety. The staff is incredibly friendly!! The doughnuts are good, made of mochi, although different they aren’t bad. This is the best fat straw and boba place we’ve been too!

I've been going to this fat straws location for the past 12 years. Always consistent with the drinks, great customer service, and never disappointed. One of my favorite boba shops.
Got a Thai milk tea with bubbles and a cookies and cream mochi donut. The donut was pretty tasty, but the drink tasted very watered down.
If you never had a Mochi Donut, you are missing out. I don't normally eat donuts or desserts for health reasons, but Mochi donuts are a must try. They are pricier than normal donuts, but the difference is worth it. Fat Straws is a big contender for Mochi donuts. I had some yesterday and it was good. It was not consistent in taste like it should be like their other locations especially for the premium cost, but it is still worthy.
Favorite bubble tea in town! We usually get the strawberry piña colada and it’s so good. The space is small but the staff gets you in and out quick! They’re always friendly and fast to get your order. Highly recommend!

Went to the Plano location. Had never been to or heard of the pace. We ordered 5 different drinks with boba and were highly impressed. We absolutely loved them!! The staff was super nice as well. We don't live in Plano, so were very happy to see online that there were other locations including one on Forest Ln which is close to home. Four days later we went to the location on Forest and ordered some of the same drinks and some new ones as well. Sadly, we could not have been more disappointed with our drinks. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the drinks were very sub-par. I don't know if they're franchises with different owners, or how the two could be so different even though they have the same menu but the two locations couldn't be more far apart in taste and quality. We will never return to the Forest Ln location and unfortunately we live far from the Plano location, so we won't be stopping by very often. :(
