Went to Ebesu located in quaint downtown Plano on a Tuesday night. We were seated immediately. The staff and waitress were very polite and professional. The atmosphere was very clean and modern. The sushi is by far one of the most sophisticated and flavorful I’ve tried in DFW. Highly recommend the crunchy eel tempura and crunchy spicy salmon roll!!
Food was great. Servers awesome and sweet. A really delicious dinner for the price. Recommend everyone to try since its so worth.

Ebesu is such a beautiful restaurant with a calm atmosphere and fantastic service. We have tried so many dishes here recently but some of our favorites are the pressed sushi, the squid, the specials, and sashimi. I tried a highball and it was beautifully crafted. I can’t wait to go back.
everything was absolutely delicious and the service was great. very small restaurant but I kind of liked that. definitely recommend making a reservation!
