Great outdoor area, covered in the shade. Nice atmosphere, very similar to an EU-market. Prices ok, not great not bad. Large selection of fresh bread loaves; again not great prices but adequate. I wish they had a "day-old" section of bread like L'Madeleine has.The desserts are nice, big really big.The main dishes and side dishes are not cheap, in fact, a bit overpriced. But... not terrible. We'll be back but not for main dish, only dessert.
Finally went to Eatzi’s this morning. I went a little early so not too many people, but as I was leaving more people were coming in. So far the place is really nice and clean and helpful staff, but for me items were a little pricey and bakery was a little dark, which made it a little difficult navigate the aisles and read the labels. I will definitely have to try the hot dishes next time, couldn’t wait today. I did buying a loaf of sourdough bread and two slices of cake. The strawberry mouse cake was really good, better some other places I had so far in the Plano area. It looks like there could be something for everyone. I will go back for my sweet tooth. Cheers!
There are always lots of food options at Eatzi's. I came for dessert and ended up getting a meal and a drink. The is a variety of selections from ready to eat to heat and eat meals and desserts. I love their red velvet cake and it didn't disappoint. I tried a delicious pasta dish with chicken and grilled veggies this visit...so good! I think I'll try the carrot cake at my next visit.
There are too many good choices. You can not go wrong with the fried chicken.
When someone requests their food to be heated up, i.e., pasta -As soon as the food is ready, cover it up. Food was getting cold and the chef that works the grills needs to be mindful of their arms sweating and possibly dripping in the customers food. Customer service is not like it was about 5 or 6 years ago. The staff use to seem to get enjoyment from helping. Now it seems like a chore.
Wow! Fantastic. We decided to make the holidays less stressful, so we ordered our complete Christmas meal. Everything was excellent. The packaging was perfect. The instructions were clear and thoughtful. And our meal was wonderful. Maybe the best roast turkey I’ve ever had. Way to go!
One ⭐ for being way to cold .The store was freezing cold. Way to cold. Didn't like it how cold it was in there. Like I was in Alaska Way to cold ugh.The food was delicious. Five ⭐ stars for the food.One ⭐Some of the workers needs to wash there hands and put new gloves on. Some were serving food with no gloves and not washing there hands and touching there hair, nose, whole face. One lady was rude.
I love that they take customer service seriously. More help if lines are backing up and always a clean place to shop. The food is wonderful
Some of the staff here is rude. Also when ordering a sandwich they don’t tell you what your options are. You either have to ask a lot of questions and hold up the line or just guess and hope your sandwich comes out good. My advice would be to work on customer service.
unbelievably poor experience! Apparently both management and patrons have forgotten that we are still in a pandemic! Total chaos, verbally abusive patrons. With management supporting poor behavior. I used to shop there several times a week. I won’t be back.
