Went early in the Morning @ 7 to get “fresh donuts “ I got a super hard old donut . The person before me ordered the same thing and the employee got our donuts from different shelf’s. I’m sure she was just upset that her rude manager told her to help the to go line when she had a line of customers herself but she shouldn’t have taken that out on me and giving me a horrible donut.
It’s literally 7:13 pm , 2/10 on a Thursday, I order online, I always order online, it’s Been like 20 min since I order , came into the store to pick it up…No one in the the front , I waited it for 10 minutes.!!! No body comes to the front, I came to my car , the 3 girls come out and they finally get to work on my order, This is ridiculous, the morning crew is AMAZING!!! But the service at night it’s horrible.
Went in to get chocolate cream but was told they havent been able to get it in. So order powered munkins and chocolate glazed munckins 20 count each. Why did I end up with day old donuts super dry and hard. Im sure the worker could tell how hard they were. Wish I had checked before I got home. Would have got my money back. Glad the drinks were ok.

Clean fast easy to find and the girl behind the counter was so bubbly that she puts you instantly in a great mood . Thank you Rekita . You give Dunkins a good name !!!
We ordered latte and croissant with butter. Latte was just right but croissant can be done with a Lil less better and more fluffy. Service was great!
I go here every single work morning and absolutely LOVE Miranda and Ruby. Sweetest loving ladies ever! Thank you for memorizing my hot black coffee with 2 espresso shots ? You both make my mornings so happy and positive. NESTLEE CRUNCH!
The place was very clean the people were very helpful and you cannot be Dunkin donuts coffee hands down it's the best thing since freshwater don't forget those donuts and pumpkin donut holes what a dream!
I have been here a handful of times and their customer service is just terrible. The guys do way better but the girls have terrible manners. Today I went against my better judgment and the drive through lady didn’t even say thank you. The last time I was there the young girl slammed the drive through window with out a thanks. I’ve received burnt food and in consistency in the items. Only reason why I keep coming back is because it’s right next to my house and my job. But I think this has been the last time for me.
Terrible experience. We placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pick it up, everything seemed fine and we got everything we ordered, but when we tried the drinks, one of them didn’t have any flavor added to it (we had paid for the flavor and put in on the order) which we went back inside to get some just added to it. Whenever we went inside, the guy at the counter completely ignored me for a good couple of minutes, and whenever I told him I just wanted some syrup to add to the drink, he started arguing with me that he had made the drink and that he had for sure put the syrup in there. I, however, had tried the drink, and so had my girlfriend, so we knew for a matter of fact that the syrup wasn’t added at all. I didn’t want a refund or anything, I just wanted to get some syrup for the drink we ordered, and that would be it, but the fact that this gentleman argued with me about the flavor is what pushed me over the edge to write this review. Terrible customer service, hopefully this gets fixed and the guys attitude gets better because if not they’ll keep losing customers.
