This Dunkin location needs improvement. Top priority should be giving customers great customer service, or at least try, making them want to come. Everyone has bad days, but no one will like to hear on the drive thru speaker someone rushing them to finish ordering, and asking in a rude way, "anything else?" Rude person on speaker. My thing is, if you hate your job, just quit instead of making other people upset/uncomfortable.ORDERED VANILLA FILLING, AND GOT CHOCOLATE! PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS ORDERS!!!

I pulled up to the drive through and I just said hello and she said one moment please which is understandable. 5 mins later I said hi again and she started yelling at me and I said u don’t have to be rude and she started yelling at me even more. I said I would like to talk to the manager as I have no right be yelled at for being as polite as possible by greeting with a simple hello. Then she yelled “I am the manager”. I couldn’t believe it.

This place continues to get slower abs slower. Dine in is randomly closed and drive through takes excessive amounts of time to go through with only a few cars in front. Coffee is old on am at occasions. People working here can be friendly some days and have terrible attitudes the next. They often mix up orders or completely get it wrong. I recommend driving to another Dunkin nearby.

They seem to never have all the ingredients needed to make a drink. This is my second time here and just like the first time, they didn’t have all the ingredients needed to make the correct drink. If you order from the app, it’ll say the drink is available but when you show up to pick up your order, they’ll tell you they don’t have all the ingredients and instead will give you something you didn’t order. Save yourself the frustration, and go to a different Dunkin location.

Do NOT go to this location. Don’t do it. I honestly should have driven away when I sat in the drive-thru for several minutes with no response and had to say “Hello?” before a very disgruntled employee responded. They took my order and I drove around. I waited at an empty window while numerous different employees ran an around inside, no one acknowledging I was there. They were not busy.I was the only car in the drive-thru. At one point a very polite young man did come to the window, although he seemed confused. He read back my order and it was wrong. I ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk. That’s just vanilla syrup, espresso, and oat milk. He seemed panicked when I tried to explain I think there was a mistake. Before I could even finish talking a women came from behind him and shoved him out of the way, reading back the order “Yah that’s what it says. Vanilla latte with oat milk.” like I was an inconvenience and gave me my drink. At that point I figured he got confused and drive off. BUT after one sip I knew it was wrong. They had in fact given me a “French Vanilla Swirl” and NOT just vanilla. I know this, because that’s what the drink said and that’s what the young man told me. This women deemed it close enough. Their vanilla swill has condensed milk. I have a dairy allergy. I was immediately ill. I am an extremely understanding person. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for my drink to be remade. I didn’t even mind waiting in general, but it seemed important to give the whole picture of my experience here. I am disappointed and hurt that an employee LIED to me because they decided “it’s close enough”. I will never go back to this location. If you do go I wish you the best of luck!

Very bad customer service at this location the workers rude I don’t recommend this location but I love Dunkin

I am sooooo Disappointed yet again in Dunkin. Not only did I try a new location because the Frisco Preston location does not know how to make coffee this location was even WORST! I have never had such a burnt old cup of coffee at 9:48 am. What makes you think I want to drink OLD coffee. You lost me as a customer Permanently. I am from New England and you should not be allowed to call yourself Dunkin.

HORRIBLE!!! Whoever is working right this moment needs to be fired right now!!!!!!!!!!I expect corporate to contact me as soon as possible! Rude customer service, horrible phone service, food was disgusting and nothing is being done to fix it. She literally hung up on me… I am livid and will NEVER buy from Dunkin again.I asked to speak with a supervisor and she literally hung up on… ha! What a joke.

Not sure who the sweet lady is that works at the Independence location. I’ve noticed she runs the drive through and indoors all by herself. You need help and to be recognized fir doing an outstanding job.$$

These people are rude and unprofessional. I stopped by the drive thur and they messed up my order. After driving back home I realized they missed a few things so I called. Then they try to blame me saying I drove off, but I told her half of my order was in the bag so it wasn’t that I drove off, it’s that they forgot and then she just says “ok we’re sorry about that.” How rude to try and blame me when they know they messed up. Never coming here again.
