Came on a thursday night, got the fried platter to split with my kid. It was all far too salty and overcooked until it was dry and chewy. Basically inedible, my 4 year old would not even eat the popcorn shrimp or fries.

Wow…. I’ve come here for a little while now and honestly it still surprise me every time!!! Their lobster rolls are just Amazing !!!! My fav it’s the Maine lobster roll, it’s so fresh!!! Some will said it’s a little pricey but if you want good and fresh food you have to pay the price! Simple as that!!The 5 stars it’s for the great service, friendly staff, they will explain every detail on the menu, delicious food, and they always have something new on their menu!!! You can’t get enough of it!!!I had this loaded tots the other day just an example of the many options they have outside of the regular menu they called them their daily specials!!!!

The rudest ever. We approached the cashier and they said in Spanish “quieren tacos “ it’s a lobster place. Then they proceeded to tell me in English it’s closed and laughed. We spoke back in Spanish saying thank you and we did not want tacos. The man looked surprised. It was unbelievably messed up.This was last night 3/14/22 at around 8:45pm.

I have been there twice for Mardi Gras celebration. The first one I tried a crawfish boild and the second one the po-boys.The crawfish boild it was amazing, I really loved it. The po-boy I need to admit that the shrimps was great but too much bread and fats for me.

My daughter & I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon in January that just happened to be a beautiful, sunny day. I've only been to Legacy Hall once before and didn't see this place or I would have tried it sooner because I LOVE lobster.I was drooling over the packs of lobster the young lady showed me when I asked just how much lobster they put on a roll. I'm not a big fan of a lot of bread and don't usually eat my lobster meat that way, so I asked questions. She was totally fine with my questions - showed me the pre-portioned lobster meat in bags, so you get the right amount each time. She also told me they were made fresh, so no tough or soggy bread to worry about. My daughter is on some keto diet, and mentioned she was disappointed not to see salad on the menu. Someone from the back told the young lady they would be happy to make any dish on the menu into a salad for her.We went out to the courtyard & sat at a table, but I realized they didn't give us a pager or anything so we would know when our order was ready. My daughter went back inside & waited for it. When she brought the trays out, I wasn't disappointed - it was a small roll and it had lots of meat inside! There was a tiny cup of thinly sliced cucumbers in a dab of dressing or mayo. Like I said, I don't usually eat my lobster on a bun, so I ate that separately, lol, not much of it there, anyway. The meat was tender and juicy & so yummy!! The bread was really good, too, although I tore most of it off, lol. Oh, and there was a little cup of drawn butter for the most delish finishing touch. My daughter really enjoyed her salad, and ate almost all of it. We also ordered a lobster mac and cheese to share, but were too full to eat more than a couple of bites. It was good, but I'd rather not eat any lobster out of a plastic container. But, I get it - it's a food court...Lobster is one of my treats that I don't often get for myself. I prefer it in a 4-star restaurant, but honestly, this place didn't disappoint! And what earned it the 5th star was the wonderful customer service. I definitely noticed it & tipped them, even though I already knew they don't bring our food to us. I will come back because of it. Keep it up - good management = good attitudes. Here's what this casual take-out will cost you: $60.78 (with tax+tip)$24.95 - my lobster roll made the Connecticut way$17.50 - my daughter's salad made the All-in Knot way$8.95 - lobster MacThe smile on my beautiful daughter's face - priceless :)Go check it out and enjoy the professional, courteous service!

My sister & I got the Maine & the Grindr with some chips & queso…it didn’t disappoint! This is a pretty good place to satisfy your lobster roll craving. Other pluses - the staff is friendly, & everything is made to order

I had a lobster roll. It had a nice sweet flavor of lobster and crab loaded on a bun. It tasted good and fresh. It was hard to find a place to sit to eat. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

I feel like whoever made or prepared the Lobster Bisque this day messed up in some capacity because I’ve never had a more watery, bland bisque (lobster or otherwise) in my life. I don’t mean to be mean, but it tasted primarily of water with *hints* of cream, even more minuscule hints of tomato, and a whisper from across the room of lobster. Lol.The only highlight was that it came with chips unexpectedly which actually complemented my sliders from SoB so that was nice.

The service was friendly and the food was overall good. However, the price is a little high for my personal taste especially when compared to the other places in Legacy Food Hall. The Garlic Lobster Fries only had one tiny piece of lobster at the very bottom.

Paid $27 for Connecticut lobster roll.Beware of the cashier, make sure you complete your transaction and get a receipt, I went there wed 9/22, a couple in front of me ordered, paid and left without complete their transaction on screen, the cashier just changed tip amount on the screen by herself without authorization from the couple.Let’s me clarify: I didn’t complain about the price, food is worth the price I paid for. Only want other people to be aware of what’s happening.
