Pork out platter online coding incorrect. When a customer orders the pork out platter on the online menu it asks you to select your sausage type, the backend system recognizes this option as just the sausage plate and we missed out on the entire pork out platter at several extra dollars - our checkout had pork out platter and our receipt had polish sausage plate, the latter was received but the former was paid for.Sides very good, food was colder than expected even for take out. Order was immediately ready at pickup time. Will revisit but looking for a local joint in the mean time.
Took my family here for dinner tonight and everyone was disappointed. Brisket was dry. Sausage was cold. Ice cream was almost inedible. The marinated chicken was good thankfully. This is the third time in a row we’ve been disappointed here.
I have found Dickey’s to be quite good for a fast food, BBQ concept. My first time at this location, and was a bit disappointed they slushed my entire meal together on one plate. They guy taking my order was looking down and mumbling, so I figured he was talking into his headset. Nope, he was agitated when I did not answer him. The woman cashing me out was also too busy looking at receipts to bother making eye contact with me.Anyway, I like my sides in the separate portion cups like most Dickey’s do. And they have no onions, pickles, jalapeños or sauces out like the other locations do. I would have asked the cashier for extra sauce but she gave me the vibe that she did not want to be bothered. Maybe nothing is sitting out because of Covid?? But even that wouldn’t make sense cause there are three bottles of ketchup and one bottle of hot sauce sitting out to share among every table.I just think this proprietor cuts costs.
Our bbq (chopped) sandwich was not good. The bun tasted stale and cold. The bbq was very cold. Asked for onion and it was pieces that were so dry we couldn't find enough freshness to eat. Won't be going to this Dickey's again

I’ve been bringing my Turkey to Dickey’s for several years now for them to smoke it. It’s always the hit of the holiday! They do a wonderful job smoking all kind of Turkeys, Brisket, Ribs etc…. Their pricing is really reasonable as well!
Sandwich plate was pricey for dry pullpork sandwich (even with the bbq sauce) and over sweet potato salad we couldn't finish. We had asked for pickles & onions at check out and was told it would be brought to our table, since they don't put any of it out, but we never received it. This visit was a bit disappointing and this location just isn't the same as it once was.
Overall Dickies has really gone downhill ...there is much much better BBQ in Texas... however, I was one of the first customers to arrive so the food was really fresh but again still disappointing the customer service for the most part was horrible except the guy that carved up the brisket for my sandwich.. I had a barbecue brisket chopped sandwich the meat was decent the bun was too small and Soggy then I had a small container of mac and cheese the mac and cheese was very very watery ...and then I decided to try their peach cobbler, there were hardly any peaches at all, it was really cakey and doughy... needless to say I threw the majority of it out.
