Service was not good at all Hardly saw my waiter and the pizza was not flowing

The food is awesome as always but this particular day the service was horrible. I had to ask who my waiter was, we kept getting skipped over for pizza, and took some time for appetizers to come out once we sat because no one came by until we asked.

The food was great like the Dallas location, but the service at the Plano location is slow and unorganized. The staff is kind but slow bringing out drinks (they forgot and messed up our drink order), slow and unorganized in bringing out pizzas, dessert, and the check. Itâs also very loud where weâre yelling across the table during conversations. The Dallas location is much more with it and has better ambiance!

Overall good experience HOWEVER for the love of god please turn down the AC. We had people sweating throughout our entire dinner because the Texas sun was hitting them. You should consider putting drapes or shades throughout the entire restaurant. It was HOT
Service and food is great. Next time, I am hoping for more variety of pizzas.
