This location is always out of stuff, is poorly managed and always understaffed. The restaurant is usually dirty. The drive thru is always a long wait even when there’s no cars in it. Bottom line is this location is run poorly with a staff that doesn’t care. It is a nice restaurant and could be great if there wasn’t an untrained staff with no work ethic.
Every time I have gone to this dairy Queen something always is wrong. It starts out with attitude and ends with a horrible meal this time was a number one combo with a gallon of mustard on it not even exaggerating! Plus 20 minute wait in parking place number one! Avoid this dairy Queen take your business across to East Plano where service is always excellent in my opinion.
Had the New York cheesecake with strawberries in the middle and it was so amazing :)
Great customer service and the Oreo cupfection. Is the best addition Dairy Queen has ever made. I hope they don’t take it away!
Never have dined in at this location, but I have ordered delivery a few times. The Tacos are so yummy! My daughter who is 4 loved them. I also loved that the kids meal come with a frozen treat, the Dilly bar is a favorite. The burger was delicious. The blizzard was wonderful and we can't wait to try them in person one day.
The service was laughably slow (30 minutes for a small shake in an empty restaurant) but the tendies are pretty good. The food was aight but I would not go again.
Had a coupon given to my son by his school in Plano. They told me it was a copy. It is clear their area director likely printed up a bunch of coupons and handed them out to schools as a marketing strategy. But the end result was not more business, but accusing a customer of essentially attempting to defraud DQ, and now this customer is contacting the corporate offices and FTC with a written complaint that DQ has failed to honor a coupon they released to the public. Its one thing to get an order wrong, but to accuse customers of bringing in fake coupons that gave a buck and half discount for a kids meal is as petty and power tripping as it gets.

I came here this week and a young lady was doing front counter and she was handling the orders and she was trying her best and I saw a tall guy with a man bun rushing her and being rude which really made me feel bad for the girl cause she seemed young and she looked very stressed out. 3 stars for bad treatment between workers
