The young man who was the manager on last night, 4/3/22, was an embarrassment to customer service employees everywhere. He was rude and unprofessional. It's as if he's had absolutely NO training. He doesn't realize that he disrespected the wrong one this time. I fight in black and white.So, I visited again today, and yet another millennial was rude and unprofessional. This is getting tedious. It's obvious that neither of these young people has been properly trained. What's worse, it seems their parents have also failed, or they have no respect for them as well.
My personal go to for ice cream, I find that they have a good line every time we go. I know they often close the lobby in the late evenings but it's still a good line even during the day. It also helps that they are a prompt and expeditious line so it's not a horrible wait.

Nastiness DQ I've ever been to. Tables and chairs dont seem to have been cleaned good ever. The bathrooms are terrible. The food was slow and tasted like cooked on a old oil drum.

Good fast service by a cute pink haired waitress combined with some excellent chow and an upside down Blizzard. Would go again.
