Very disappointed, shrimps were undercooked and the chicken and beef were bland with no flavor. We told the manager but he didn’t care and the worker had no idea how to take an order or how to make change, we also received the food to go and without utensils. Bad experience and unprofessional customer service. Will never be going back here again.
This restaurant has been purchased by new management and the quality of the food has suffered greatly as a result. Almost all of the food we ordered was under-seasoned and under-salted. The authentic taste that Crescent Moon once had is completely absent now. The service is also lackluster with servers ignoring tables and barely making any effort. Additionally, the restaurant was frankly filthy: the tables covered in a thin sticky film, the salt and pepper shakers along with the condiment bottles being covered in oily residue, and dishes given to us unwashed.
Worst experience ever and worst customer service ever they have no respect for customers when I told them the food is stale they were not listening sizzling chicken stinks when call them they deny everything I said I can bring back the food and show you but they refused to admit their mistake never will ever order food from here ever againBe aware of that if you wana get food poison go to that place now I have upset stomach if this get worst I’ll sue them.
Delicious halal food with great customer service!Super flavorful dishes with mouth watering sauces and seasonings.Super humble staff! Services were a 10/10. Food was brought out quick with sufficient serving!Prices are also economical!
Really great food and great service. The food was ordered and it came out within 10 minutes.Ordered crispy half chicken, crispy black pepper beef, fried rice, tempura fish, fried shrimps, szechuan chicken, combination fried rice, hot and sour soup among other things, and everything was amazing. The service was lightning fast. Definitely a great place to eat really good halal Chinese food.
We got take out and we’re not disappointed! General Tso chicken was exceptionally good. We also got beef Mongolian and crispy beef, which were also yummy. Portion size was also decent. 2 people can easily share an entree. Each entree came with white rice, upgrade yo fried rice for extra.
Terrible sweet and sour soup; tasted like nothing with a side of salt. It was cold too. Mongolian beef was too sweet and the sweet and sour chicken tasted like it was from the freezer. Noodles were too salty. I wouldn't recommend coming here. The rice was the only excusable part of the meal.Same night entire family had indigestion due to stale and old food servedI wish Google had negative or zero star review option.
Overall the worst american-chinese food I've eaten. The food tasted old. Even the rice was a day old. Orange chicken meat was dry and coating was soggy, while the sauce did not stick to it. Type of meat is not specified in some dishes so we ended up with food we didn't want. I am very disappointed at the quality of food, especially with the expensive pricing.
Highly recommend, one of the best in the town. I had their chicken corn soup and it was amazing. They serve zabiha halal.#halal
Their orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp are TO DIE FOR. They taste wonderful and haven’t found a place better. But 80% of the time we ordered and explicitly ask for NO SPICY option, we somehow end up getting the REALLY SPICY version. Our family doesn’t like that much spice in a plate especially when we are ordering chinese. It ruins the flavor and burns our tastebuds for the rest of the day.Edit:Bumped it up a few stars because the staff are respectable people. Just make sure they are clear on your order.
