We showed up at Corner Bakery at 7:40 on Saturday because website reads close at 9 pm, Thomas G took our order. My family and I grabbed our drinks and had a seat as we waited. Our food was brought out in bags and we let Thomas know we wanted to dine in?! He said YALL KNOW WE CLOSE AT 8 u need to go sorry very rude employee and smirked! If we had known we would have chosen a different place for out Saturday dinner! Please update your times and speak to your employee on customer communication as he was extremely RUDE!! We will not return and rather drive to Frisco for our Corner Bakery food!!
This location should just close down. At this point, they’re just forcing themselves in this location. This is what I got as Pesto Cavatappi. The pasta is the penne not cavatappi and absolutely no sauce. The garlic bread u can see for yourself. I literally got boiled penne pasta and boiled chicken. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost.
I never right reviews but man for this experience with this location I just had to. I called to cancel an order I did online. Spoke to the manager UBELIO to tell him why I had to cancel. He was so unprofessional and disrespectful to me. Told me and I quote “so I guess we have to throw the food away” and immediately after that hung up the phone. He didn’t even let me say a word. What manager speaks to a customer that way. We have been a regular customer at Corner Bakery and that was the worse experience I have ever had with a manager. That man obviously doesn’t know how to treat the customer. Never coming back to this location again!
I was in the cafe and observed a young lady getting harassed by her boss and a fellow employee. It was her first day she mentioned as brought me my food she seemed a little nervous so I reassured her it’s ok. As she went bk to her area the manager and a fellow employee harassed and discriminated against her. I will not be back. The Co worker name was Page and the manager, who I observed was very aggressive towards the young lady, on duty both went back and forth with her and she never lost her cool. I made sure I tipped her because she had wonderful customer service.
If you’re looking for a step down from Panera this is your place. Although their selection on pastries are far greater than Panera bread, the sandwiches mediocre in comparison. I had the chicken pomodori panini sandwich ? with harvest salad?. Good isn’t worth the price.
3/31/22Received spoiled, rotten avocado in all 3 plates of food we ordered. I was absolutely shocked that something this spoiled would be allowed to leave a kitchen.
We love their food! It’s quick and convenient and they always have great food!
Wanted something quick Spent 10.00 on a bad iced caramel macchiato when i wanted it hot and a cold croissant that took forever to get..because the employee were going back on forth on the process to warm the croissant. First and last time coming here! Never again..
Why don’t you have a To Go food pick up line? You have to go parking spots. Patrons should NEVER have to wait in a long line with dine in customers to pick up a to-go order! I went to a worker asking about getting my to go food and she was extremely rude to me and said your location makes people wait in line for the to go food. I’ll never be going back to the Plano location. Addison and Forest/Preston both have to-go check outs. Figure it out!
Always great service! The breakfast is one of the best for the quality and money! I’m a frequent customer so I know!
