Good Tex Mex food at very reasonable prices. I was not impressed with taste of the scratch made tortillas but the fajitas and boom boom chicken enchiladas were delicious.5/2021: still churning out decent mexican food. Affordable and friendly wait staff

LOVE their salsa, always have. Food was good as usual. I have the impression our server is probably a frequent meth user. He was not rude but we did not get the attention I would expect. Empty drink glasses and chips.Overall, not terrible. I think that specific server may have been the problem. Even then, it wasn't terrible. Therefore 3 stars.
One of the best Tex-Mex restaurants out there. It's spacious with beautiful decor. From floors to the art work on walls, everything carries such a good vibe. Food is excellent and prices are quite reasonable. Overall a really good place to dine with friends and colleagues (they also have a bar) and also with family.

The violet marg is SO GOOD. They were able to make it on the rocks which was great.Also, since when are kids allowed at the bar? We started our wait there and we thought about just eating dinner there but then the entire bar seating filled up with kids.There was a table next to us with 15 or so people, adults and kids. They were so loud. So so loud, and it was mostly the adults making the noise. We found out from our server that there were multiple complaints from customers. No one ever said anything to them to ask them to be more quiet. We were not able to have a good relaxing dinner because of how loud the table next to us was.A little disappointed that no one from management even spoke to the table about lowering the noise. When they finally left, it was a night and day difference in the atmosphere.Due to this, probably won't return to this location.
A very unusual place with very friendly staff
Love this place. Great chips, salsa, and awesome jalapeño ranch!! Visiting McKinney and grabbed dinner with family in the way to Waco. Atmosphere and service are excellent every time as well.
I had a hard time after COVID when Chuy's went to their limited menu. But they will make some of the original recipes for you that aren't on the current menu. We had the Elvis Presley and El Camino Deluxe. Very good. I recommend getting the enchiladas without sauce and have them bring you the boom boom to the side. The swirl margaritas are delicious and happy hour is from 4-7.
