I was tied up with work. Once I reheated my food, food still tasted amazing. Restaurant did an amazing job preparing my meal ✊???Great curbside service as well
I had a food runner by the name of Eric today. He was extremely unhelpful & rude. I’m visiting some relatives out of town & expected southern hospitality to uphold my expectations. I will never return here. Stop hiring people who are lazy and don’t enjoy their jobs because this was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my 27 years of living. Just sad.
Omg! Ordered takeout a well done burger and got a pink burger and completely raw bacon. If someone orders well done they want their bacon cooked all the way too. My dad and i got the same thing and got the same raw food. I also ordered broccoli and it was hard and not cooked. I left a good tip and wish i hadn't.
As any other restaurant, they are understaffed. Max is a waiter, bar tender, hostes and whatever else is needed for half of the restaurant, at least for the time we were there. However, he is very nice and keeps up with the smile ?. Of course food and service took a little long but understandable.Now days, if you are not willing to wait and be patient at restaurants, pick another place to eat, understaff is the new way to run restaurants unfortunately, so be nice and give the ones that want to worker a break ?
It was ok. But at best, JUST ok. First we kept being asked what we wanted for appetizers or if we were ready to order and we were still passing around the two menus they offered up for a six person table. Yeah, I get that scanning and viewing a menu on your phone is an option, but it shouldn't be considered a requirement. Foot the supply bill for a few more menus. One entree came out with a completely different item than ordered (egg rolls instead of sliders), and my wife's medium rare steak came out well done, then less well done on her replacement. Most of us ended up sitting there with empty cups and didn't get a refill until it was time for the check. Everything else was just ok.
Food was great. Service was friendly. Didn't know I had to pay for chips and salsa since I didn't order it. Salmon apparently had a few bones. Much better service at this location. However will know next time to make sure i don't get charged Extra for items.
Yet another favorite item ripped from the menu by Chili's: Mushroom Jack Chicken Fajitas. Similar abandonment happened with the Rojo Burger, broccoli cheese soup, grilled chicken caesar salad and more. Don't begin to like anything here - it will soon be erased from the menu.
The Bacon Cheeseburger and fries were great! I went in for a late lunch today 1/7/22. I sat at the Bar, and the service was good too!The one thing that I did not like was the silverware. The knife and fork had water spots on them. When I went to wipe them off, they had some sort of oily film on them.I do not like sloppy restaurant, dishwashing service!This separates good restaurants, from fast food joints.

The dishwasher is not working, or they're not using dish soap. The silverware had water spots, and when I went to wipe off the knife and fork, they seem to have an oily film on them. I have been to this Chili's twice. It is a new building and is very up to date. The service was great and menu selection was also great. I am very happy to see this location with level of service and selection!!!
