This is what you call a 10 piece dark what happen to the thighs. I Think this is bad service.
don't have veteran discount at this store.Also gave me the wrong order at the window. This time I wanted to feel Al fish meals and both fish what's not fresh it tastes like they had cooked it earlier and put it under the heat light to keep it warm to give the next couple that came into the restaurant I guess it was me. This was a very disappointed meal.
Not the 1st time these employees have had trouble counting to 4.....literally the 1st item on their menu is 4 piece tenders. I'm hoping they're shorting customers on purpose and not actually this dense.
Horrible belittling service from the manager Cynthia and her co-worker Vanessa at this location. Extremely rude and unprofessional lack of service. These two laughed in front of our face and told us WE ordered wrong!! Ask for fresh corn nuggets and got old flash fried. I'm asking for a response from the franchise owner. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior. I bet if you were standing there they would have been putty in your hand. Please don't disregard this. These two are hurting your business.
Slow service, staff not very friendly. After waiting 20 mins in drive through server just tossed me the food without a word. Not coming back.
Really a good experience..Service was fast I asked for fresh livers and gizzard.They were happy to help me with that...I'm impressed with all the ways they handled the situation...
I pre ordered some gizzards over the phone about 10mins prior, pick up the order went to my car I start to indulge. Grab one crispy nug and took a bite.Then realized something wasn't rite. I spit out disgusting green mold of chicken. I CONFRONTED THE MANAGER AND WAS UPSET WITH HIS RESPONSE AND ACCOUNTABILITY ON THIS MATTER. HE SAID IT WAS FINE. UNAPOLOGETIC , HE EVEN GOT MAD AT ME JUST BECAUSE OF ME FOR MY REACTION .
I just left there I ordered 2 piece combo leg and thighI get to the window he tells me we’re out of legs It will be 18 minutes with no kind of remorse like wow

**BEWARE**I have given my business to this location for many years. Yesterday I went thru the drive-thru and ordered tea. I gave the girl at the window $20 as that’s the smallest bill I had from a recent ATM withdrawal.The girl handed me the tea, remaining money, and asked if I wanted a receipt for which I replied “no”. I counted the money returned to me before driving away and discovered it was short by $10.When I told the girl at the window she owed me $10 more dollars, she became defensive and said I only gave her $10. One of the managers, Rachel, counted the money in the drawer and said it was accurate. So, in other words, $10 was not owed me. Another manager, Randy, advised he would count the money in the drawer at the end of the evening shift and call or text me advising if they balanced and/or if money was owed me. He asked for my name and number which I provided. Randy never called me and when I called the location later this afternoon, Rachel advised they balanced yesterday and she didn’t know what else to tell me. So, bottom line, I paid $11.50 for a 32 oz. tea because their employee stole from me and got away with it. I was unable to get the employee’s name so the only description I can provide is an African American female, probably late teens or early 20’s. It will be my last visit to this location but wanted others to be aware.
