Ordered from here after getting out of the hospital for surgery this morning. First meal myself and my boyfriend have had in 24 hours and of course they left my ENTIRE meal out of the bag. (Not sure how they even managed to forget an entire meal?) My boyfriend immediately drove all the way back to get my order and they refused to remake his, despite the fact that it would obviously be soggy & cold by the time he made it back home from resolving their screw up.Don’t waste your time at this location, go to the location on Coit. At least the right their wrongs when they make mistakes and act like they care.Update: my “replacement” that they “re-made” was cold and made incorrectly. Go figure. Wildly disappointing.

Today I had a Chick Fil-A spicy deluxe meal and 30 peace of nuggets came out all fresh and hot as I expected. I went to the side of the driveway with a 16ft box truck and Mr. Michael took care of me which is so kind of him. Never experienced any of that no where but here at Chick-Fil-A.Thank you so Much Mr.Michael&Chick-Fil-A!
Michael with the catering team is THE best!!! I had a somewhat complicated order and he not only took care of it for me, he also hand delivered it himself. Anytime I called with questions about my order, everyone was so professional, polite, and extremely helpful. If you're in the Plano/Frisco area, I highly recommend using this location for any of your catering needs!!

I hate giving this rating. This locations customer service is top notch. Always making you are happy and taken care off, but unfortunately I bought a salad today and it was not washed ??. As I was eating it it felt a little grainy , in fact I almost finished it ....but then I hit this! Don't know what it is, hoping it's mud because I did consume some of it.
i never check my order because these guys always get it right but today they forgot my cookie. only found out when i got home and it’s freezing outside so no point in driving all the way back.
Past few weeks have had terrible service, must be new hires? Horrible attitudes, and speaking to us like we are inconveniencing them with our order? Lady at window almost forgot my drink and didnt put a single sauce in the bag. Very werid for this location to have such poor service.
Nice employees, they were quite quick which was nice. The parking lot is a little small and some of the parking spots are hard to get out of. But I feel how quick they were kinda makes up for it :)
