Like many others I was charged for someone else’s order and after 2 weeks of waiting no credit refunded. At drive thru, the woman said my order did not come thru, took my phone, Reloaded my card without permission & charged me another persons order. Then she realized that was not my order, said my Chik Fila one did not charge. Wrong! I went back to location to show them the charge was scanned , Spoke w manager he was rude,they said I would be credited. After 5 calls to Chik Fila CARES team no credit. Never, never going back ti this location, they have terrible customer service!! If they are charging for other peoples orders that is fraudulent. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Never had issues at 121:Preston or Spring Creek/Coit.
This location is always busy but typically moves pretty fast. Good food. Always fresh and hot. Only time I've ever had a rude chick fil a employee experience was at this location (not today's purchase) so i usually only come here if I'm not around another location. Someone named Philip put a surprise reward on my app so i came here this morning and service was awesome. And i was super excited to get a reward out of the blue. That was pretty awesome. Ty
The speed and consistency of this location never ceases to amaze me. Line can be wrapped twice around the building and I'm still getting my food, accurately, under 10 minutes.
We always order our chicken well done, if you haven't b4 please try, especially the spicy chicken sandwich. Anyhow, not only do they not do well done at this location but the little guy was super rude about it and for the rest our order. Expected better in Plano.
The amount of safety cones surrounding this building to ensure proper lane entry is so obnoxious. They also have concrete planters “guiding” you into the lanes as well. If you have a larger vehicle, be prepared to go inside or mow down every single one of those narrowly spaced cones. $8 chicken sandwich, fries and drink is okay for fast food.
Pretty much all of Chick-fil-A provides military discount and main reason I go only to Chick-fil-A. Sadly this location the owner chooses not to provide that. I guess I won't be coming back here again!It's not alot but it's the principle for me.
If you haven't experienced breakfast at Chic-Fil-A, you're missing out. Also, this particular franchise is very active in the community and sends out coupons and freebies every now and then.
I’ve been going here for over 12yrs The management changes every day basically lol but the lady at the driveway window poor coustomer service we asked a simple question and she acting like she didn’t hear she’s rude
thief's that refuse to refund your money back when they mess up and will not understand that you can’t always bring the messed up food back because you’re on your lunch break so good job if the owner would like to contact me and give my money back that would be appreciated as the manager was rude and unhelpful on the phone, and as i stated on the phone i will not and do not care for avocados and when stated i was on my lunch break and couldn’t make it back continued to tell me the same thing i can’t help you unless you bring the food back so thanks for nothing
I still like Chick-fil-A but I'm seeing overall it's starting to go down ...every time I've been, the fries are cold and it looks like I get the bottom of the the waffle fries... the sandwiches are increasingly getting more soggy definitely not hot and fresh anymore ....the only thing that's worth ordering is the frozen lemonade... and definitely do not go to the Chick-fil-A by Love Field... it is absolutely horrible and actually the traffic is very very dangerous and the manager at that location is extremely rude... at this location I went to in Plano, the Staff and manager were really friendly... but the food again was disappointing
