I usually go to this chick fil a. This last time I went there 7.30 pm. I did not like the smell if my sandwich. I think it waited too long. They should have made me a fresh one. I was not pleased with my last visit. During the day the sandwiches are always crispy and fresh. Do not reccommend for late evening.
The grilled chicken is not bad. The fried chicken tenders can be dry and rely on the sauces, but the food is otherwise good.
They wouldn't cook the bacon on my biscuit to actually done, up from floppy and raw, due to "corporate policy". Even spoke to manager who repeated the same. Unbelievable. COOK YOUR BACON, and don't establish "F-U" policies directed at customers. What genius came up with that, and solving for what issue? Speed? You can't handle the minor delay in cooking something completely for a customer? That's too much for you, eh?
I can honestly say that Chick-fil-A has never messed up my order. Great food. Love it!!
The quality of food has gone down significantly. Fries are never fresh, always cold and hard. Chicken sandwiches are overcooked and greasy instead of juicy. Breakfast is great though. Employees seem like robots instead of the usual friendly Chick-fil-A employees you'd see at other locations. Also, orders aren't always accurate.
I used the app to place my order. Picked it up via drive thru. Food was fresh, hot and tasty.
I love this local Chick-Fil-A franchise location! I am a regular there because their efficiency, quality, and friendliness is the best I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. They have exhibited to me many times over, that they really do care about getting my orders right. They have even asked me on the next visit about something that they thought they have missed on my order from the last visit. I travel a lot and I must say that I have never experienced such good service anywhere else. Congratulations to the owners on finding and instilling such much care in their employee’s service.
I was asked to mire forward to wait for my food. I waited for 45 min in the drive thru line for 12 nuggets and 2 sandwiches while other customers were helped and left. When I finally got my food and was at home I was missing 1 sandwich. Do not go to this Chik Fil a!!!! I called to tell them about the error. They did nothing to reconcile. Poor service.
I had ordered a eight count chicken mini meal but I received a eight count chicken nugget meal which was extremely disappointing in me as I would've thought that it being 10 AM it would been common sense that I would want a chicken mini meal and plus I ordered honey and jam also which was another giveaway so this is very disappointing to me that this happened because I was in a rush
This is Chic fil A is the closest one to my home but I never go here. I love chick fil a nuggets but every time I get them here I get a bunch of those “bad nuggets” where they taste terrible. When I go to the other chic fil a on Preston this never happens. It’s no coincidence. Also it’s not really the typical happy service you get at most chic fil a’s.
