I usually go there every morning for my breakfast. I order the same thing Bacon Egg Biscuit Combo with a Large Diet Coke, and it is usually okay at best. I order it from the app so there is less room for error - but today I receive a biscuit (Cold) with Cheese and bacon no egg, and cold hash browns. I sent a complaint to the asking for my order to be replaced and hot and delivered to me.. Since now I am at work and can't leave to take care of it myself.
I've gone here so many times now, and they have it together. The very few (and I'm talking I go here twice if not more a week for over 2 years and i can count on my hand the number of mistakes they've done) times I've had an order messed up they are so kind and helpful! The employees are fantastic and make my day! Thank you all!
I love chick fil a. This specific CFA is managed very well and the staff is extremely helpful, nice, and quick. Every time I come here my day is so much better. There is just something different about these people. I look forward to coming back here again.
Did an online order at 10:00. Went to pick up and sat in drive thru for 30 minutes to be told that they aren’t serving breakfast anymore. I would think they would anticipate for this. I didn’t bring my debit card because I paid online so wasnt able to get anything else. Luckily no one was behind me because I had to back out of drive thru. Very irritated. Chick Fil A you are better than this.
Not sure how they can manage to get 4.5 stars. The wait is always incredibly long, items are constantly forgotten, and the food is almost always wrong. I’ve accepted that occasional wrong food at Chick-Fil-A is god’s plan but the guy must really hate me to punish me consistently like this.
I order from this location quite regularly but I wish they would follow my request and not give me extremely dry chicken minis where the bread falls apart . I always ask for Extra honey butter but never get it. I'm not paying $10 for a meal plus fees and delivery with tip if I don't get what I ask for.
Can't recall a bad experience here, usually long lines but usually navigate them smoothly at a good pace, good food, good service. Now I personally would like my waffle fries cooked a little bit longer, I like it when I get the more crisp ones ?
I had delivery order from Grubhub for chick fil a at this location on 3/22/2022, and one of things I bought was a salad. I ate it the next day at work on 3/23/2022. And I find a raw piece of a chicken nugget in my salad. That is a picture of it. That is so nasty. I will never eat at this location again if they honestly can’t cook their food right.
I went through the drive thru for a quick bite to eat. I ordered a meal with a chicken sandwich, an unsweetened tea, and waffle fries. There was a person standing outside taking the order. She greeted me with a smile and had no problems taking my order. From order to the bag of food in my hand was about five minutes. You can't beat that.I will be back.
I only started going to this Chick-Fil-A location because it takes 5-7 minutes to get to.From now on, I’m going back to the Preston Village Location.The drive through is super slow. It’s like they don’t get the same training as the other location that have vehicles wrapped around the building get.3 orders from the total 4 stops here, my fries were luke warm and mushy.Today (4th order), I’m missing a Chicken, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich.I mean, what the heck?This location is mediocre at best. No exaggeration.
