I was surprisingly impressed! Mussels were so impressive! Calamari was good! Lemon garlic sauce was great. Meatballs I wasn’t all that impressed with but good. Stuffed mushrooms were awesome! Ok downside, the restrooms are horrible. Fairly clean and the floor isn’t even and it’s just odd. The service was not good. Mumbled, didn’t smile, didn’t know half answers to questions etc. but, places are so short staffed I am only giving one less star for this.
Everything was spectacular from the rich flavor vinaigrette on my Italian salad to the creamy Alfredo sauce. My serve/ bartender was so pleasant and friendly (I don't remember his name). He accommodated all my substitutions and ensured me the food was delicious! And it was! This was the best Italian food I had in a long time! Lastly, my server prepared me a pomegranate lemonade togo that had my tongue dancing. This is a MUST TRY restaurant, you will not be disappointed!
Friendly staff and lots of fun
This was our first time ever dining here. Jordan was our server/bartender, and he was the absolute best we have EVER encountered. He was engaging, thoughtful, informative, creating a service experience like you would expect at a Michelin Star ⭐️ restaurant like Gordon Ramsey! We would definitely be back and would only want Jordan to take care of us! The BlackBerry Sangria was incredible, the food was delicious, the salad amazing, and all around one of the best meals we have had at a restaurant. Perfection all around! Well done!
I have eaten here for years and always liked it. I realize times are difficult and understand higher prices and the difficulties with finding good, well-trained staff. My food was finebut the service was absolutely horrible and it was mid-afternoon and the restaurant was almost empty. I'm fine with the higher prices but it should at least come with decent service.

Been going to this restaurant for the last 3 years, they have consistent food quality, great service, friendly staffs. They have new additions to menu now. Definitely worth the money.
The food was wonderful,we enjoyed everything. They Song Happy Birthday to my sister who was there celebrating her birthday tonight. We just simply enjoy great food,drinks,fun,laughter and jokes just having a good family outing . That was our 1st time at Carrabba's I would encourage everyone to go dine there.

I’m giving 1 star just because food was good. But service was subpar. We had to ask for refills on our drinks, when our salads were delivered, the table was full of dirty plates from the appetizer and empty bread basket. When entrees arrived the manager delivered them, table was still full with dirty plates and there was no space for the new dishes, I asked the manager to please take the dirty plates, he very rudely responded: “well, hold this plate first!” I found this very disrespectful.I think he needs to learn some customer service skills and set en example for everyone.Very disappointed.
