Charges 50 cents for an extra packet of soy sauce and doesnt tell you. 55 cents for rice with your combo they say comes with it..AND THEY WILL WAIT TO SEE IF YOU PAY CASH BEFORE THEY RING IT UP BECAUSE THEY USE A CALCULATOR NEXT TO THE REGISTER AND TAKE THE CITY'S TAX MONEY IF YOU PAY IN CASH!! At least dont charge me tax if your not claiming this as revenue! Plano needs to audit this biz asap!
Wow how did i miss this place all these years!! I ordered Singapore Noodle, Seasame Chicken, Mongolian Beef two soups!! Delicious and not greasy like other places. Def will come back!!The cashier(might been a owner) was very sharp and kind!!
Bund Wok is by far, my favorite restaurant in the downtown Plano area. Great location between Richardson and Plano. Amazing food, fresh quality, with incredible presentations, and very friendly service. Highly recommended!
Vegetable spring rolls were greasy and the vegetables inside were mushy. I definitely don’t recommend. The chicken egg roll was good. Orange is okay. Was a little burnt. Side of lo mien had absolutely no flavor. All in all, decent place, but I’m not going back
My husband and I order bund wok at least once a month (usually every couple of weeks) on door dash! Order is always correct and quick and they have the best chicken fried rice I’ve ever had. We’ve never loved a place so much that we’ve never seen in person. The serving sizes are great for the price. W
I've been a regular, due to the fact I actually like the food. I notice a few times that their interaction with non-black customers was a little more cordial. I just ignored it. The last time I went there I saw a non-black customer who prepaid just say their name, grab their food and go. I also prepaid, said my name, but I wasn't allowed to grab my food and go. They requested I.D. Strange. Will not be back and hopefully any Black AMERICANS who have experienced their non-cordial attitude...please stop supporting them. I will.
God awful. Chicken fried rice...weird taste. Hot and sour soup sweet yet bland. Tiny egg roll. Never again
Excellent portions, I've ordered combo fried rice for takeout at least 5 times and I've never been able to finish it all in one go.
$50.00 meal straight in the trash.I placed 2 orders of fried rice, that barely had any eggs in it. The rice was also hard but sticky.The steam broccoli had a weird taste to it, I'm not even sure how to describe it.My husband ordered chicken & broccoli (his favorite dish), & he said the chicken did not taste great & the texture was off.For sides we ordered crab ragoons & spring rolls. Don't waste your money on these sides!Crab ragoons BARELY had any filling in it & was very hard. Then the spring rolls were SUPER OILY & mushy (I've never ever had oily spring rolls)..The only did great about our whole meal was the thai ice tea.The food got to us pretty fast but I rather my food take forever & it taste amazing.We just moved into the area & we figured it'd be smart to go with a restuarant that has high ratings but the food was disappointing. I expected so much more. I will not be ordering from here again.
I came by and ordered the lunch Pepper Steak and I have to stay, very tasty!! Highly recommend
