The foods are delicious and the service is pretty nice. I am in love with their peach tea, it's a must try.
Bull Daddy Noodle Bistro is one of the best places around. The staff is courteous and friendly and the plates are customizable. The beef is unbelievably tender and the spice is delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone. May your business flourish for many more to come.
I come to the place every week -- anyone who hasn't tried it yet, I can describe it as East Asian soul food. Delicious, spicy (if you want), filling, hearty, and balanced out with noodles and rice. Strikes the balance between light and heavy so well. The 1 less than good thing I noticed (there's no way I could give this place any less than 5 stars though) is that sometimes there is less soup or noodles than other times. Granted, sometimes there is more. The average is 75% full container of soup, 3-4 pieces meat, full container noodles, but sometimes the noodles are only half full, or there is less meat, or the soup container is 60% full, but conversely, last time there was extra meat. The variance isn't enough to detract from the quality of the restaurant, however! and they have improved on consistency lately.
Had the standard non-spicy Beef Noodle Soup bowl. Portion size is decent and filling. Plenty of noodles and beef for the average person. The flavor of the soup really gives a lovely zing across your whole tongue. Good value, nice and tasty meal. Service is quick and polite. Would definitely go there again to try other stuff.
We have been searching for a good beef noodle soup place on the Plano area and we have found it! We ordered the shrimp rolls to start with and they were delicious! My fiance got beef noodle soup with no spiciness amd she thoroughly enjoyed it. I got the full house beef soup hit spicy level and it was amazing! The brot was delicious and the noodles were perfect. The meat just melted in your mouth. We definitely will be back again!
The beef noodle here is incredible. Be mindful of the spice level because it can get pretty damn hot. I was soaked after finishing the bowl. Their beef and beef tendon are so tender and just melts in your mouth like butter. The broth is flavorful. We like to order the scallion pancake for the appetizer which is a nice Segway into the noodle soup. You have the option to choose from a variety of noodle types but I always opt for the glass noodle. My wife ordered their minced pork rice bowl and my god, it is so flavorful. It is seasoned so well and is just so tasty. Highly recommend if you are not in the mood for soup.
First time we went we were new customers. Good amount of noodles and Beef. We order the beef stew. Second time it was ok. The third time,my wife and i went on our 25 year anniversary, and they skimped both of us. We got there 1 hour before they closed. No noodles and 2 pieces of beef.We would go 1 time a week, we noticed the noodle bowl got Less and less no meat...lol they said 4 pieces of meat for $13.00 Dollar. So we went one more time and again they skimped my wife and i. We told them we drive 40 minutes to your restaurant and you guys are very cheap with your portions. They laughed and told the owner ...he didn't care...We went for xmas in December and the bill was $200 .,. The last time we will ever go .. go to taipei station better food.Been in the restaurant industry for 25 years .. cant believe how skimpy they are and they don't care if u come back or not.... Water down broth lol
Just found out about this place a few months ago, but finally had a chance to visit because, summer is no time for a hot bowl of soup noodles :-p.We love a good bowl of beef noodle soup, and this place is pretty good. The flavor is just a bit different from our other favorite spots, not better or worse, just different. There is a slight tomato flavor, less than, say Taipei Station or Wu Wei Din.I like that you can choose the level of spiciness, because I prefer mild. I also like that you can pick a mix of beef and tendon, which is what I prefer. The beef was nice and tender. The tendon was also good, although it was slices rather then big chunks, which I prefer. They don't put any veggies in the soup, although you can add it for $1.50. Or you can order a small plate of veggies as a side, which we did. I guess the main complaint is the cost. The soup bowl is already a bit more than the average, and then you need to add veggies on top of that. So while the food is good, not sure if it's worth the extra cost. I'll probably try it again, but I'm not raving about it. Yet.Service was good. There were a couple families waiting before us, but we got seated quickly enough. They had a help wanted sign, but glad that they were able to handle us with no problem.
This Taiwanese place sure does ring the Yum Yum bell. Mighty portion and good snack selection.
Good food. Servers are very attentive. They accept AMEX. Great place to have good food.
