Braums is such a fun and unique place to visit. We came here as a family after a busy morning and everyone was in the mood for burgers, fries and milkshakes. It took a while to get our order but it's ok. We tried a vanilla, strawberry and chocolate milkshake. All 3 were wonderful. Our servers were nice and helpful. You can always do a quick bit of grocery shopping too, while waiting for your order.

Consistently higher quality in any product that bears their brand. I, for one, am almost incapable of passing up any Braum's without going in for their chocolate shake. M mm ..wish I had one right now.
We stop here because we needed limes and we knew that this place has a grocery store besides selling ice cream. Very convenient, easy in and out. The limes are big compared to other stores!
Braums is trusty‐ staying reliable and tasty. This time we went in and there was a kind if smell that wasn't restaurant or ice cream store smell, just a smell. Bought the no sugar added ice cream, a lime sherbet, and bread (which is why we went in). It's low carb and tastes really good. I do reccomend going in for the Market. Just, something this time smelled.
I took my grandkids here for ice cream, and I was not disappointed. The ice cream was so delicious. The employees were super nice, fast service was a plus, and the restaurant was very nice and clean. I will most definitely visit this location again when I'm in the area. Great job, team, Braum, for making me, and my grandson's feel so welcomed...
I was a little put off by some of the high school customers when I arrived at this establishment and wished that management would have taken care of it, cause frankly I didn't want to walk in there. But I did and the staff was friendly the service was good. Took a little longer then I thought it should have to get someone to the grocery register but I understand. All in all it gets 3 stars from me
This is our second time to try this place. This was our second time to have a terrible experience. The food is good. But, the staff is awful. The first visit, obnoxious loud employees in the dining room made it difficult for us to enjoy our lunch. This time we opted for the drive through to avoid dealing with inconsiderate employees inside.We ordered two combo meals, a burger and chicken strips as well as an extra order of 4 strips. At the window, it was chaos. No one knew what was going on. After paying, another employee asked us to pay again. There was confusion and rude attitude about dipping sauces for the two orders of strips when we asked about them.Finally, we get home with our order to find the extra 4 chicken strips we ordered and paid for were missing.Forget this location. There's another Braum's 2 miles away at Custer and W Parker.For what it's worth, it appears that one of the unprofessional rude inconsiderate employees having a very loud conversation in the dining room our first visit is a manager.
