While visiting our son and daughter in-law,we decided to have lunch at Boston Market. The experience was phenomenal, the young man who took our order was very professional. His customer service acumen, makes this facility extremely welcoming. If you're in the area and feeling a bit hungry,we highly recommend that you stop in for a good old fashioned comfort food experience/acompanied by great customer service.
Yummy chicken grilled or baked. Creamed spinach plus corn. Feeling healthy but probably not really. Good portions and consistent food at their stores.
Open up the pot pie and you get maybe 1Cup of filling and very little chicken. This is the 2nd pot pie I’ve had like this. I can get a better pie at KFC for less money.
New Years eve Prime Rib special ?. It was delicious. I forgot to take a picture before I started eating ? ?..The meat was juicy and thick cut. Their sweet potatoes are so delicious and creamed Spinach is too! Always my side dishes. Not to mention they pair well together ?
Avoid at all costs! I stood in line over an hour for a pre-ordered Christmas dinner. They made us wait outside in the sun by passing cars. They refused to give me my food even though I preordered and paid nearly $200. Terrible, terrible experience. Have to tell my family and guests that we don't have food for Christmas dinner. Ugh.
This review isn't about Boston Market's food, but this location, specifically. The food is usually great and we've been eating at BM's all over the Country for over 20 years. For the past 3 years, we have ordered Holiday catering from BM for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This was our first, and last, year ordering from this location. We had a noon pick-up time and waited in line for over 90 minutes to get our order. Mind you, there were only 8 people ahead of us in line. Once we reached the front of the line, we were told that most of the items in our order were sold out. How do you sell out of something pre-ordered??? We placed our order on 12/5 for pick up on 12/24. On top of it, I was given a large salad (vs. the catering size of all of the other sides) and when I said this is not the usual size of a catering side I was met with arguing by the "Manager", repeatedly told I was wrong and then had an employee literally throw another large salad toward me and into the box of food. I questioned the meat asking them to confirm it was prime rib because it didn't look right through the bag, was told it was definitely a prime rib and then on Christmas Day when I opened the package to start cooking the prime rib, I see that it's actually a ham. HAM. Management in this store is HORRIBLE and I didn't get anything I paid for.
Ordered from Boston Market using ActiveMenus. AM: Quick service, good communication.??BM: Great entre. Teeny side salad. Peach cobbler was a warm, soggy mess.??
We ordered a Thanksgiving meal. It came with Turkey breast meat, stuffing, spinach artichoke dip and cranberry stuff mashed potatoes gravy and Apple pie. When got home to unpack it, it was just sloppily thrown into the bag. Some was leaking into the bag. We had enough of the dip to serve an army but the gravy had to be rationed. There was no apple pie for our dessert. I had to go back to the store to get it but the line was so long to get in that I went to Tom Thumb to get one. They were out so we had to settle for Apple turnovers. That being said, the food was good.
This location has gone down the drain in recent years but lately its been terrible!!. It used to be very good until they made staff changes. The service and the quality of the food is terrible. Our last two visits our plates have been cold. And the service is awful! it seem like they hired Walmart employees.
There was a old man with running nose and it was dripping everywhere and the young adults they just look at him. I can't believe if your sick why not just say home. I ask did one of the employee did he make my food? one of the workers told me no. I still try to eat my food but, I couldn't I keep thinking of that old man working with running nose all over the front place?
