Hours of operation and of special items like Prime Rib are wildly different here than posted online, and things often run out in store that they don't shut off for online ordering. But service is fairly prompt and polite. I've never been a fan of their chicken and meatloaf, and seasonal items like baked cod were just so-so, but I love their baby back ribs when they have it, much meatier and moist than other places. Plenty of easy parking because this whole shopping center has been dead for years. There's a stop light to make it easy to get out, too, even if you need to turn left, so grabbing a meal here can be very quick and stress-free.
Prime rib was terrible. I got the end piece of steak. It's overcooked even I requested medium rare. It's tough and chewy. I was not able to cut it. It's a totally waste of $21.99 meal.
This place was one of my favorite spots until yesterday. We pulled up to the drive thru and there was an awful loud smell! It smelled like dead rotten meat. It was awful! Their back door was wide open so I assume the smell was coming from there. It was so loud I don’t see how the workers were able to take it. Anyways we pulled off. I’m not trying to get food poisoning. I’m going to have to find another one.
Hours aren’t posted anywhere on the building. Not everyone has the Google Maps app and the hours Google lists aren’t always right.I am here at 10 AM. The “Open” sign is lit up, but the doors are locked and the drive-through isn’t answered. If you’re closed, turn off the “Open” sign. If you’re open, unlock the doors. There was also another customer trying to get in at the same time
I haven’t been to a Boston market in a while so I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. I went through the drive through and I was helped by this young gentleman, Aidyn. He was very well spoken and helpful and made my experience better. The food was amazing aswell!
Terrible. Ordered direct on Boston Market website for pickup at 5 and had my credit card charged. If there are staffing shortages, emergency, etc - disable your online ordering. Found out after the fact that it looks like we're not the first one.. and we weren't the only ones that got bamboozled. Other cars drove up and we all had the same confusion.
I enjoy great customer service with a smile. Their customer service was stellar. I ordered two meat loaf plates no red sauce with brown gravy, yams and mac n cheese. They done a great job. It was hot and fresh.
The Boston Market website indicates this location is open until 10:00 PM. I placed an online order around 9:15 PM. It was accepted and payment taken. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 PM to find it closed, locked with no employees visible inside. I called and no one answered. While I work out a refund with corporate, I feel compelled to demonstrate that this location's management does not feel it necessary to remain open during the hours listed, and will take payment without rendering service.
This Boston Market needs to be closed down. I recently moved to Dallas and this is the one closet to me. The customer service is horrible. I know there is a staff shortage and trust me, I’m very calm and patient. This guy was so rude for no reason. They basically have any menu items. Not a clean restaurant. I love Boston Market so now I have to drive far to another location.
My mom ordered her Thanksgiving dinner to be catered by this place. It was a bit last minute (a week before), and every other place was no longer taking orders. So she chose this place since they were accepting orders. THANKSGIVING WAS RUINED! The kids didn’t eat because they were grossed out. And all of the family was disappointed in what we received. No one really ate. The food all appeared odd and unusually cut. The Turkey looked like something you’d pull out of a Turkey when cleaning it. So gross! My mom spent over $130 for a meal that was supposed to feed 12 but literally only looked like it would feed 6. So disappointed. Never ordering from Boston Market ever again. Definitely a lesson learned!
