Our first time trying Blue Goose and it was fantastic! We had the BEST waiter Joel!! We came in for a late lunch at 3:30pm. Joel was fast, attentive, gave us excellent menu suggestions. May you be lucky to get Joel! It tells me something about the management that they hire great employees.Their Avocado tostadas were superb! Wish I had ordered two! ?
Nice restaurant with a cool vibe. Plenty of seating available. The basket of chips never stop coming. We had to stop with the 3rd basket. Excellent service! We ordered the 1/2 lb chicken fajitas and tortilla soup. It was definitely enough for two. Everything tasted fresh and fantastic. We will definitely keep coming back.

Folks are nice, but it would help if they're also interested.Hope you have a better waiter.
We were visiting Plano from out of town, and decided to try a new place to eat while we were here! I am so glad we did! Blue Goose did not disappoint! The atmosphere, server, and food was all amazing! I’ll definitely make a trip here every now and again just to eat here!
Excellent food ? Amazing hot sauce and chips? Mexican Street corn ? lime rice? just so many side options besides the standard rice and beans. Great sweet ? That’s just the food!! The entire place inside and out is so urban, baja, costal cute. It’s very upscale cozy. They had wonderful waitstaff that is very attentive! Can’t wait to come back.

First time visiting a Blue Goose Cantina, and very glad we visited the Plano location. Ambient was great, service was fast and welcoming. Our server, Erik, was super attentive and quick. Our food was delicious and really well portioned. We even had the restaurant manager/possibly owner come out and greet us at our table to make sure all was well. We told him it was our first there and he treated us with some desserts, which were delicious! We will definitely be visiting again!
My husband and I were visiting Texas from Atlanta, GA and we happen to stay at a hotel in Plano. We were craving Mexican food and google led us to this restaurant and it was amazing. The restaurant was super clean, the staff and manager was very nice and attentive. The food was fresh and bomb! I can’t forget about one of the signature drinks called “the Diablo.” We will for sure be back on our next visit to Texas.
Real good chicken!Anything with chicken I have tried so far is really good.I also really like that they put the guacamole on banana leaf so it won't get all over the plate.They have really fresh tortillas.
Defintely better in comparison to other chain restaurants. Food was fresh, tasted great and service was great. If you are going for Fajitas, then you might want to consider corn tortilla. We did amd they were very well made...fresh, delicately sweet and fluffy...just the way they should be.
