Horrible, horrible service tonight! The girl had so much attitude when taking the order. When I asked what her issue was, she screamed that she had been there since 5am and she "was tired!!!!!" I can't even say her name bc of course she wasn't wearing a name tag. I told her that if she didn't like it then she didn't have to be there.... I'm not sure how you can talk to customers like that and still have a job....I probably interrupted whatever she was listening to in her ear....anyways... I don't recommend this location. We are from the little elm area so it was sad to have driven here and be treated like that. Will go to Handel's in the future, I heard they're great!Edit: strange that after "reviewing film" you can't hear her saying any of the stuff she said to us. It's ok I will send you the tiktok link for the video we took of her and then maybe you can hear the "misunderstanding". I hope you can take reviews from your customers and react with your employees next time. Remember that customers pay your and your employees' bills!
They have ice cream flavors that are not available in stores here, I would definitely recommend trying them. They have cones and bowls that are coated in chocolate with toppings that are really good. It's a pricey ice cream but it's really great!

Of course the ice cream was amazing and serving size is plentiful. My rating is not reflective of the ice cream but the overall experience. I stopped in today for the first time and disappointed by the appearance of the place. It was less than clean. The outside trash can was overflowing with trash. Once inside the place it didn't get better it was difficult to understand the ordering process(where does the line start?). The restroom was filthy, toliet paper covered the floor and there wasn't any towels to dry your hands. There was only 2 people working and one o was being trained by the other. The owner or manager should check on their store more often to ensure it is properly staffed and cleaned.

Short story: AWFUL! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. TRIED TO AVOID FULFILLING MY ORDER. I paid for my order online and they refused to provide it to me. They claimed they never received it despite the order showing it went to their location. VERY DISHONEST AND RUDE OWNER AND CASHIER. AVOID THIS PLACE. Should be investigated for fraudulent business practices.Long story: Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in customer service. I placed two orders and paid in advance for both of them. When I went to pick them up, one order was not prepared. I explained that one was missing and the cashier (and later, the owner) both claimed they did not receive it. Both were very rude. It makes no sense how they received one and not the other. I showed them the order confirmations and explained that the purchases were already charged to my credit card, still they refused to fulfill the missing order. Honestly, the situation was ridiculous to me. When a customer shows an order confirmation, that should be more than enough proof that an order was made. The owner and cashier were both inept at both management and customer service. They seemed to have no idea what they were talking about and seemed like they just wanted to rip me off and not provide me what I had paid for. Eventually, they provided the missing order, but after much hassle (20 minutes). Place is run very poorly. What they tried to do is fraud. Honestly, this place should be shut down based on the fraudulent business practices. I don't think this business will last based on this experience. There are many other negative reviews here so not surprised. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.Update: Later the owner tried to say they fulfilled my order after 8 minutes and 14 seconds. This is incorrect. I came at 5:35 and left after 5:55. It took over 20 minutes and multiple phone calls despite me showing proof of my order. The owner is lying again by saying that manager and owner were professional. Both were rude. How is owner supposed to know if the manager was rude or not? The owner was not there. This shows the owner is lying. This is such a dishonest establishment. The owner is dishonest and inept. The cashier just stood there and did nothing. I've complained to Ben and Jerry's corporate and they said they will talk to the establishment and hope they can help retrain you to run a very simple business. They need a course in management.
