Been a frequent diner here for years. We always have had great service, but as of late, there seem to be “new” servers and cook. The quality of the crawfish today were 90% dead. But we didn’t say anything. Thinking it’s a one off. Loved the sauce so didn’t care much. What’s bothering us most is…We asked for sausage to be placed in the mild bag but instead they placed it in the volcano bag.Unknown at the time, my partner said he didn’t see sausage in his mild bag. While they get that fixed, I found out they had placed the sausage in my volcano bag when I was digging in. At that point, I immediately point it out to the server so they know what happened. And this server reassured they’ll fix it anyway. Said nothing else and walked away. They fixed the order but still charge us for an extra sausage that they supposed to correct. Had they told us, I would have asked them to take the sausage from my bag back. So I ended up taking that sausage to-go since we already paid for it. A $4 preventable mistake they could’ve own up to.Horrible service for not properly delivering what we asked for and not making it right. I hope the owner, if you’re reading this to have the servers communicate better and confirm with customers before automatically charging them for extra things that were made by mistake in the kitchen.I hope my feedback could shed some opportunities for better quality in your service.Unfortunately, I might not come back because of this.

Our first time to eat here and the shrimp and snow crab were fantastic!!!! Affordable and great service. We will be back.

We've been Bear Bay's customers ever since it moved to this Plano location. Tried most of their menu. As you could see from attached pictures, our favorites were king crabs, shrimps and clams, at Cajun #2 spice level.Food quality always good, lately though, king crabs were hit and miss. A few times crab meat inside would be dried and not meaty as usual. When its price kept going up, we wouldn't expect anything less than perfection. We mostly ordered to-go nowadays, service good enough.

This place is AMAZING. Took the family here for my son's bday. Most of them ate the all you can eat cajun crawfish, mild, medium, hot and volcano spice levels. EVERYONE said the food was sooo good, and all left with a huge smile and happy tummys. The crawfish are fresh, they get rid of the dead ones before cooking which makes all the difference in flavor. The customer service was fantastic AND the pricing is terrific. Great experience, we will be coming back.

The best seafood in town! I flew from LA for this Chinese 13 flavors. The seafood was super fresh. I highly recommended their headless shrimp, muscles, and clams. Oh, add the broccoli to your combo and you won’t regret it ;) We are group of four and we finished about 10 lbs of food lol

Ordered fresh crawfish ended up being not fresh at all, plus all of them were surprisingly tiny. The crawfish itself probably died ages ago already but still allowed to be sold to the customers.Do not use freshness as your biggest selling point if it is not guaranteed. Super disappointed because we drove far to get there. Honestly I wanted to threw the crawfish back to the restaurant so bad, but they just don’t deserve one more second of my time to be wasted on them.

Not a big fans of buffet but all you can eat crawfish got me curious. This place was packed around 6pm good thing we called for reservations. It was surprisingly good with the spicy options . I think we ate like 30 pounds total. We ordered whole coconut drinks along with crawfish , shrimps , corns and sausages . Friends ordered the gulf coast oysters which I'm always grossed out by the size of it . NorthEast oysters are the best so I don't touch the gulf coast. The spicy Cajun is the best options. Very fresh crawfish and it's delicious here. Shockingly for a buffet place .

We ran out of time in Dallas so ordered medium-spicy 13-spices for to-go. 15min waiting time for ‘woo’ authentic crawfish is definitely worth it! It’s spicy ? but I just can not stop eating. 2 pounds is just right for 1 person. Don’t forget to add potato and the juicy corn! The Chinese girl at counter is nice but a bit impatient and rude... anyway, the good food beats everything!

Cajun flavor is so good. They don't mess around with the spice. I normally get 4-5 stars at thai restaurants and the medium is comparable to it. Can't imagine what the spicy/volcano tastes like!

We ate here a week or two ago in person with All You Can Eat and it was okay. We ordered 10 lbs of cooked crawfish to go yesterday (with extra 2 supposedly provided) and when we got home found out the bag had probably 4 lbs of liquid, at least, and another pound of corn/broccoli. Not a good way to enjoy the night if you are having to split 5 lbs of crawfish between 4 people - try somewhere else if you are ordering “to go”.
