When you go to a place with name Bawarchi then it shouldn't go wrong. The place is good with lot of options and the food taste is also good. Overall a good experience visiting this place and a goto place to have authentic hyderabadi biryani.
The menu card has so many options than in India too and it feels like the best. The food here tastes so good and the ambience is really nice. We have ordered these starters: Karivepaku chicken and Apollo fish and both of them were really yumm!! However Chicken tikka biryani was ok not much great as it was like mixture of Rice and curry. There is a different entrance for catering too!!
Very poor service, starters ordered 1 hr not served. Also, we have ordered apollo fish served with extreme spice I never had this spicy. While taking order never asked spice level, served extremely spice. We never go again this place, even byriyani also not good very dry not good.
We ordered veg hyderabadi dum biryani on June 11th in Bawarchi Plano but when we came back to home to have dinner and starting eating then we realized it was non-veg biryani. We all are vegetarian hindu so it hurts our religious sentiments. We went back to restaurants for the complain but staff members response was not satisfactory. They were doing arguments instead of being apologized. We didn't had dinner yesterday and didn't take our money back which we paid for veg biryani. It happen couple of times earlier when we found meat within paneer gravy and we did our complain politely but this is happening again and again which is not acceptable being a customer for many years. We will register the complain to Food Safety Department on Monday for the same.
Been to this place multiple times and the food always had a consistent taste. Please be aware that any food order that is spicy is really hot. Apart from the food, never had issues with parking and the wait time to be seated was also not long. The ambience inside is good as well.Couple of reasons for the 4 star rating.1. It takes a while for the food to arrive at the table from the time it was ordered. (Doesn't matter if you go during peak time or not). So please plan to order ahead if you wish to avoid staring at dishes being served to nearby tables. This could need some improvement.2. Restrooms are not up to the mark. The hand towel dispenser is not working and a spare roll is right on top of the toilet paper stand, which makes us think for a second before grabbing and tearing a piece of the paper for drying hands.Overall it's a good place for good south Indian food..
Worst Quality of food Experience with Bawarchi. Not just once, but happened with Bawarchi multiple times. Will never go to/order from Bawarchi again.1)Dine-In: Masala Dosa was worst. Aaloo curry inside dosa was SPOILED and was completely giving smell.2) Ordered veg Gongura Veg Biryani. They have given gobi biryani with no Gongura and it was completely SPOILED , giving bad smell.Bawarchi people don’t care quality and people.
Worst place. Though the ambiance is like Indian bar and restaurant to some extent. But service is worst. Food is absolutely disgusting. We ordered chicken lollipops and they gave us chicken legs that I guess might have been heated in the microwave 10 times that might have already rotten days ago. Chicken tikka kabab I remembered dialogue from Vennela movie( idhi ye chepputho chesaro ani alochisthunna bata nah paragaon nah ani). Never eat food here it’s worstest of worst.
Went to Plano to get takeout of Chicken Dum Biryani, $12.33 cash, which we always enjoy. I was told about a 15 minutes wait. More than 45 minutes went without any trace of my order yet. All of a sudden the boy picked up a bag to hand it over to me, which was sitting in front of him for 30 minutes or so.Came home, to our surprise it was not the chicken dum biryani we have been enjoying from Bawarchi! It was rice mixed with dry chicken tikka. Very very disappointing! No trace of boiled egg!
I ordered Veg Manchuria and received Gobi Manchuria. Called several times and no response was received from Restuarant.Same with Biriyani, I ordered Ulavacharu veg biriyani and received regular veg biriyani. When called for the same, Restuarant guys are not responding. This is worst customer experience from Bawarchi Plano
Family pack Mutton Biriyani size is less than two single biriyanis combined and you have to pay $36 for that , while you will pay $30 only if you order two single biriyanis separately. And also Raita/Mirchi ki Salon gravy is too much watery which is not expected from the restaurant like you. Please try to maintain quality.I request management to change name of the family pack size to twin Biriyani!! so people will judge what they will get and order accordingly.Complements for appetizers &Biriyani taste and sauces you provide with Samosa they are really good in taste.
