We placed an order (and paid in advance) for a customized cake over one week in advance, and when we came to pick it up, we were told that someone else who conveniently “looks just like me” had came and picked it up two days earlier. They admitted that they had not asked the customer for any proof that it was their cake - not even an order number or receipt. In a situation like this, one would believe that a full refund on the cake should be made right? Nope. We wasted 30 minutes of our time arguing and trying to “figure out” what happened to our cake because the employees wouldn’t admit that it was their fault and help resolve the issue. We gave up and had to settle for a different cake that was already pre-made because it was for a bday that same day. This cake was around $20 more expensive, but it was the only cake in the same flavor that we had ordered. We paid the difference between the cakes. The lady had even “graciously” gave us a $5 discount, and we would’ve been grateful had the situation not been entirely their fault.It seems like I don’t even need to say much else as the other reviews thoroughly cover the lack of proper communication and customer service at this Baskin Robbins.Oh also, we brought this issue up with the corporation itself, which was a huge mistake. All they did was waste our time - they spent weeks of arguing with us, just to say that they would not refund us our original cake.We came to a conclusion: Baskin Robbins must either not care at all about their company image or they must be going broke if they refuse to refund a $25 cake.
The lady who work there at night shift so mean and rude with customer she make the milkshake very watery and when u asked her to replace it she said have u ever drink milkshake will never go to Baskin robin again becouse of this women
Would give 0 stars if I could! The new lady at the register is rude and does not know the meaning of customer service. If they are unable to serve what the customer wants, the ideal thing would be to apologize and politely let them know that it cannot be done. Not say “NO, Can’t” just NO and leave it there awkwardly. And then when I asked her not to be rude she raised her voice with me. Will not be coming back here again. Been a place I have been coming to since my college days at UTD.

I made an order through Uber eats. The order was canceled. I called and the lady who answered said she did not understand what I am saying and hung up on me. I called back and this time she acted as though she could not hear anything. Very bad customer service.
