Customer service is okay, the food though on the other hand is not. Im not expecting gourmet level restraurant but the amount of salt that they add to the fries jesus. Watch your health, eat something different.
Horrible service, and the fountain drinks machine never works. This location desperately needs fresh change of staff and new coke machine.
Horrible Service. They don’t even answer the phone when it’s ringing. Even when they tell you to hold, they don’t ever get back to you. I had an incident with Karla and she was being so rude. I asked her how long would my food be ready and she hanged up. Please do something about it management.
They forgot my fries and honey buns there was also a kid running around everywhere sneezing and playing with the soda machine and the workers didnt do nothing about it.

If i could give no stars i would. This location never gets the order right,The employees always have attitudes when you tell them the order was wrong. Also, i dont know what they have the option to call and order over the phone if no one ever answers anyway.
Every time I go to Wingstop and never fails me one bit! the service is great the food and drinks I love it all. Whenever is game time I make sure to order some wings for me and my family because delicious and never goes wrong. Over all it's my favorite place to go for wings also the fries are great.
Phone app said items were ready. Guess what? Had to wait another 30 minutes. Employees and manager need retraining big time or just get a new batch. Very robotic service yet they are having a great time in the cooking area with no beard guards and facemasks pulled down.
Was really craving the wing stop brownie and they completely forgot it….didn’t get a receipt either so couldn’t check if I was even charged either.
Years of visiting this location However today marks the final one..terrible service. Showed up for order and my husband had to call me to ask me what I had ordered.Once at home fries dry dry no seasoning my son fixed them..the worst was that no seasoning on the garlic parmesan ithey just looked dipped in oil and the cajun looked just orange dry..I called just another incopetent staff call herself asst mgr, Megan, did not even listen to my complaint just kept one to one not professionali or caring for customer service, ruined finner,amxiety triggered, plus hung up on me when I told her she was not supposed to be arguing with customers making then feel not balued yet fooled and ripped off.no dimner vuz she was rudely dandinh to take them back after I told her didnot habe a car cuz my husbamd brought them during a gap of his work..lousy staf and food woulnt go back at all..just hope to get my 23.00 back
