kind and courteous wait staff
It was roughly 9pm , the lady at the drive through speaker was taking about 10 mins to take each order, then we had to wait another 20 mins in line for our food to eventually be bought out. I dont know about you but o dont like frozen cold burgers and shoe leather fries , I get that working in a fast food restaurant isnt youd ideal job guys, but if you cant serve hot fresh burgers then you deserve to earn minimum wage.
I place an online order that was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes, but 20 minutes because they gave my order to someone else!!! Really people! On top of that, they forgot to add cheese!What's going RGV, every single restaurant is making mistakes! It is time to get your stuff together!
Charged me double and one more than I asked for. Ordered onion rings instead of fries they didn't bring onion rings they brought fries.Coming to the door I almost slipped and saw coffee on the floor told a guy at register. I went to fill my cup with soda. Guy was talking to drive through person drinking his drink so I started to walk out I got a tray and put it on top so people could see it and not fall. I don't live in this area but I was very frustrated
Gave me the wrong order. I tried calling the restaurant before going back. Went back. Was told my order had been made fresh three minutes before I walked in and was handed a bag from 30 minutes before. I inquired about the locations number and was denied that information by the manager before being told off by them."How would you like it if I came to your job and did this to you?"
It's always good except that lately every whataburger isn't hot the burgers meats are cold?
This is great. The employees great, manager or assistant manager whatever he is not so great a Mike T. Something wrong with that guy. I don't know what he was rude to the employees terrible job taking our order got my credit card and walked away came back and ran it through the card reader. Very suspicious.
Patty melt was so delicious! Service was great, and the rest rooms were clean. We will definitely be back soon.
It sucked wrong order also chicken tenders were hard and looked liked all the workers were outside talking to people in the cars.
Food is great and staff is nice but on a Saturday morning it shouldn't take 20 min for a bob and biscuits and gravy.
