Rolando our waiter did an impeccable job. He was very professional and polite. He continuously asked how we were doing and attended to us appropriately.
I had never been to Top Golf before. I must say I was pleasantly surprised the open space and layout. 3 levels of golf and entertainment for everyone. The actual golf lanes are arranged very similar to a bowling alley except the open space where the balls are hit is shared by all customers. A touchscreen tablet for game options and variety of putters and clubs makes the experience so much more enjoyable. They also provided 2 different sized golf club sets for our toddler and older children in addition to the sets that were already at the station. The food is also definitely up to par for being a large family oriented venue. A simple menu with basic options but the options are well rounded and there is something for the whole family to get their fill.
It was my second time visiting and this time I brought my family for their first time. We stayed for the hour and played everything was good. Server came and took our drink order and it seemed fine. Server didn’t ask if we wanted any food items so WE had to ask instead. Started with the nachos which were tasty, but quite messy. There was no napkins, silverware or appetizer plates offered. Not a big deal at the moment considering it was just a starter. Thought we could save that for when we ordered our personal food items. We had about 15 minutes left remaining in our bay. Decided to order our main items then, I’d say 10 minutes later our food gets dropped off and server leaves. I wait for the server to return to ask for the following items silverware, extra plates and water. Server comes back a few minutes later and I ask for items I need, he says yes and proceeds to say not to rush but, they need the bay because it’s busy. Proceeds to give us to-go boxes to put our wings that we took one bite of and still asks if I want the items I asked for even though he just gave us to go boxes insinuating to hurry and go. Although I’ve been there before I’ve never heard about us having a certain timeframe to eat otherwise I would’ve extended our time. For the amount of money a guests pays you’d think the service would be better. It was very disappointing this was my family’s first experience at Topgolf was like this.
I was there with a large group of wildland firefighters from all over the U.S.A., everyone at Top golf was very supportive and appreciative of us. We were very taken care of by the employees and enjoyed interacting with them. It was a great way for us to decompress and enjoy something fun. I highly recommend visiting this establishment!

We absolutely loved this place!!!! The atmosphere was amazing, drinks were great, music was blasting , and everyone was so nice! Our boys had a blast hitting the balls, hanging out, and having family time! We will definitely be going back, we loved it there!

This was our first time at Top Golf. My 9 year old daughter loved it. The staff and managers were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a fun experience for all of us, and we'd definitely come back when we visit Texas again.
I’m terrible at Golf but I’m great at eating ! The food here keeps you coming back for more, make sure to get a bucket of beer !
The staff at the Pharr TX location have been awesome. My husband and I have learned so much from Alan Salinas, the golf pro, during our lessons. He is so good and patient at helping us understand how to successfully hit the ball. Jasmina, our favorite server, is so attentive and sweet. We highly recommend them!
