Food is good but waiting times are trash. It's like there's 1 person back there. Even with online orders I still have to wait longer than usual for people in front of me orders to finish. Not trying to bash them or anything but dang people go there for their breaks and by the time I order, pay, get my food, go home and eat I only have about 10 mins to eat and that's cause I have an hour lunch. I can only imagine those with fewer minutes. Speed it up subway I gotta clock in dayum

Friendly customer service, but a little bit overwhelming for these individuals trying to run a window & counter simultaneously. All in all, one of the better Subways I've been to.

Drive through order took over 45mins when we were the only car here! 3 employees inside and only one person is working on inside orders. Terribly slow service.

I went today to this subway and when I got there I pulled up to the drive thru. As I'm looking through the drive thru menu I see a sign up saying it's not working to go to the kiosk right before the drive thru menu. I pull up to the windows and ask the guy there if they can take my order at the windows as I don't like working the kiosk he said no that iI have to drive around and use it. Ok I don't want to be a Ken here so I drive around attempt to use the kiosk. That thing frustrates me so mid way through the order I just up and leave. Whataburger here I come as you never fail me.If I wanted to punch in a kiosk I would have ordered online Sir I came thought a drive thru so I could verbally order my order. Don't FORCE CUSTOMERS to use the kiosk. Your job is customer satisfaction Sir and if I told you I don't like using those things you take the order yourself at the window, its what you getting paid for. Last time I go to this subway if I'm being forced to use that thing.

$13+ ... for a ft. Long combo and a chocolate chip cookie!!! Wow! For that amount, next time I'll go to whataburger!

Have been to many subways across the valley and this location has been very consistent with their subs and service. I have ordered online and in store multiple times and each time the sub is always hot and fresh. The restraunt is also clean and modern. Highly recommend visiting this location.

My kids love Subway but it's a shame that the one that is closest by us just doesn't cut it. The energy in there first of all is so tense, you feel uncomfortable being in there. Every time we've gone in to eat (in the dining area) the GM/Owner/Managing Partner whatever title she has seems to be in a foul mood. It seems to rub off on the employees because they seem uncomfortable as well. My kids meatballs in their subs were partially rock hard due to over cooking, at least that's what I think it was, my daughter didn't finish her entire sub because of it. The manager on duty was killing flies around the restaurant with an oven mitten (behind the counter and in the dining area). I understand flies are a pest but swatting them and smashing them with an oven mitten that is used in store is not acceptable. I think the biggest problem though is the atmosphere.
