The workers were so friendly and attentive. The burgers were great too!

Went there this Sunday for lunch with a party of 12, place was packed to hell, but service was great. One of the hostesses jumped in to help take our drink orders and I'm pretty sure she was out of her zone there, because when I asked her what drinks they had she was like "I'm just a hostess" and had to point me to the menu, but she did an excellent job with everything. Very good food too but not easy on the wallet lol.10/5

Always have a great experience there, but I was somewhat disappointed but it wasn't the service, my son ordered a chicken sandwich and unfortunately it was very undercooked. You could see it was raw in the middle. Even though we were not charged for it, I was disappointed. Beyond that, service is always great. I guess it is as not a good day for the cook, since he didn't even realize chicken was totally undercooked.
0/10. Would not recommend. Our server was rude. We sat at our table for about 25 minutes before someone finally came to take our drink order. Food came out cold. At one point our server was nowhere to be found and my wife went to ask the host in the front for assistance and he said that’s not his department, he doesn’t get paid to do the servers tasks. Horrible experience. There was 2 hosts, a male and a female. The male was doing everything else except his job. Wandering around talking to other employees and stuffing his face at a booth with the manager Maricela. Very unprofessional of the manager and employee as it is not a good look for the restaurant. Talk about low class.
Really great burgers and wasn't packed at all. Outdoor seating is great during this time of year.
Delicious food. Waiter was incredibly nice. Noticed the busboy really working hard; all while wearing his Santa hat. Made the restaurant so enjoyable just by these 2 gentlemen. That busboy deserves a pat on the back and a raise! He was making sure every table was clean and ready for the next party coming in. Truly we were all impressed by him and our waiter.
The food is okay. Their menu isn't as great as what it used to be. The floor was covered in ketchup around our booth, the bathrooms definitely need maintenance. If you want a burger and fries McDonald's will give you a better experience at this point.
