I personally do like the food of the raisin Cain restaurant. The only thing that i am disappointed is the way the managers handle the work schedules for their employees. My son used to work in this location and at the very beginning he notified the days he could work. He prioritize our church days and his school days and with that it also included his school activities. At first they did agree to which later they had a changed of Mind. Suddenly they just send him an email telling him his no longer working there. And now they also took it with his girlfriend too. It’s a chame because they are teens that are just going out in life and to experience this it’s wrong.
The sauce carries the whole thing. The fries don't The salted at all and the chicken is decent I guess. I don't see the hype.
Love this place! Love how they keep their menu simple and stick to what they know. Best chicken strips anywhere! Always tender, juicy and hot. Crinkle fries are the best compliment. Love substituting the Cole slaw with extra toast with butter on both sides (BOB). I really like the attention they pay to cleanliness especially in our Covid Era. They always have someone disinfecting tables and chairs/benches. This also shows in their restrooms which are always clean. I also appreciate the service with a smile we get everytime. Keep up the great work ladies and gents.

Service at this location is very slow. Attention to detail is worse. My order was missing parts of it, and the customer service associate was losing her mind because there was a line at the drive-thru. This store lacks training and proper customer service. This is one of the locations I wouldn't recommend.
I've never been in a restaurant where so many employees walk the second mile being so great. I've lived all over the US from Michigan to California, Texas Colorado etc. Canes must be an awesome employer for those guys to work with so much motivation, because it's not like the regular fast food places, you can see them having fun and loving their job, they smile. I have to say I'm new in the Valley area, people don't smile they barely say hi. It's refreshing to see a welcoming face, they always make you feel so welcome. Thank you for being so great.
This location always has great service & great chicken, waaay better in both than their neighbors Chick-fil-A… Great restaurant happy customers ?

The overall experience was great! Raising Cane's chicken is always a great option to eat, very affordable especially for big families. There is always something to enjoy at Raising Cane's, whether you are ordering the good old "The Box" which is the four piece chicken. Eating from Raising Cane's is always a good option. I attended as part of a school fundraiser events where 15% of the contributions would go back to our club. The employees were very friendly and welcoming! Good areas to sit down and dying either alone or with family! I recommend Raising Cane's and hope you have a similar great experience. Overall 100% recommend, if you haven't gone make sure to try it out at least once! ?
