Didn't give me the buffalo sauce I had asked for, wrong drinks were given, the chicken in the sandwiches is half the size, the portion of fries is too small, and bad serviceWon't be coming back to this location, horrible experience.Thanks for doing the impossible and ruining Popeyes for me

I have never met such a group of incompetent employees. While ordering I had to tell them my order 3 times because they kept switching people on the headset. I get to the window and get asked 3 times if it was regular or spicy. While still at the window I get ask 5 times what my order was. I asked for dipping sauce for a family meal of chicken tenders and they give me one sauce.
I go to Popeyes on Cage in Pharr,, Texas.. The $6 big box is my favorite. The chicken was delicious.

This location is very disappointing when it comes to food quality, I’ve gotten raw food various times and idk why I keeping going, Customer service is ok, all they need is to work on their food safety.
If you hate your job just quit. No need to throw fries in to a bag.
Ordered for lunch breast and wing. The wing was not available was offered a thigh plus I ordered macaroni and cheese. I drove away I looked in my box it was a drumstick and another piece of chicken that I couldn’t identify, both pieces were dry and over cooked. I went back received requested order, however, the breast was over crispy it seem that half the breast meat was missing and the biscuit was over cooked too crispy. The macaroni and cheese was delicious.
Had to drive back to get the pie they failed to place in the bag. Once I got home and opened the box, I realized they only put 4 tenders instead of the 5 I ordered and I didn’t get a biscuit either.
This is what a LARGE combo sandwich!!! They give me THIS MUCH fries for the LARGE combo! I don’t know whether it is the employees’ mistakes or the franchise’s portion! But this will be the reason for me to stop coming to this location.True Food Reviewer!
