SSSSSLLLLOOOOWWWWW... I have been to several McDonald's, this one is by far the slowest. There was like 12 workers in there, just goofing around. I just don't get it. I am a fan of McDonald's but this one is off my list. Good Luck!!!
Ok went back for an order the had messed up, Edgar was the manager that told me to go back for the whole order. Went back today and they still messed up the remake order..., instead of a 6 piece they gave me a 4 piece with no extra fries and instead of a coke they gave us Dr. Pepper and when I called to get my order fixed the Manager named Leslie said that she can only replace the nuggets that were missing not the whole order. Smh. And mcdonald's employees want a pay raise ? ? they can't seem to get an order right!! Poor customer service!!! Never will I stop and order from this location
Late evening drive thru, a miserable experience. Almost half hour waiting along with 5 cars ahead. Attendent taking orders was total incompetent and cared less.had to repeat the order many times as if toying with us. Food was cold and disgusting, fountain drinks were gross ,dispenser are probably filthy. Can imagine the nitemare of inside dining. Manager should be ashamed of this lousy operation. Will be along time before I risk a return. I suggest you stay away as well.
Lukewarm orange juice and incomplete orders. I should not have to go back inside the store to get a hash brown that was supposed to come with a simple order like a bacon egg and cheese meal. Smh! And who likes drinking warm orange juice?! It's bad enough that you charge $1.09 extra to get it and it seems to not even be real, so, at LEAST give it to me COLD!!!! Management needs to get on the ball here.
Location is garbage, they placed a small cup inside the medium/large. Always making mistakes and rude. Poor management. Would love a nicer location closer to San Juan as this one is worthless.
I’ve gone twice and both times they have been “down”. If the location manager has the ability to choose their own hours of operation then take off the open 24hr sign.
I placed an online order 15 minutes before I arrived, I waited in the drive thru line for another 11 minutes, when I got to the window I was told it was an additional 7 minute wait. This is extremely poor service. I called the nanager and she said when she got there nothing was ready, so she had to prepare the food herself. Such poor service, they need quality workers to get things done. Do go if you don't want to wait for "fast" food, ha! What a joke!
