We waited about 15 min to get our food and I spotted a hair in my eggs, I told the lady about it and she took it back only for her to come back with another plate in less than 5 min. When I was about to eat I saw another hair cooked into the bacon! After I brought it to the servers attention she did not come around the table that often and did not even apologize for the issue! Worst customer service ever!
This is the second time I come to this IHOP and the service was horrible again. Both times we were ignored even though waiting staff saw us. Both times we walked out after waiting for 10 minutes to be seated. Never again. Received better service from Whataburger across the street.
Dirty place, staff was unorganized, my plate had a bunch of melted cheese on it to the point that I couldn’t even eat it, there was white stuff inside of my drink
We did curbside this morning, was pretty quick for a family pack ,10-15min wait not bad. It was a pretty good deal for 3 of us. Cost was $25 / $27 with taxes. Would recommend it, customer service was good ?
I did not enjoy my experience. First off, they almost got my hubby sick. He ordered Gluten free pancakes and they gave him regular ones. He literally was about to stuff his face and the lady ran to tell him noooo ? and gave him the right ones. So yes, be careful gluten free people out there. Secondly, I ordered a bacon omelette that came with tomatoes and bacon on top. No tomatoes. Asked for some and got really cold diced tomatoes. Cold tomatoes on top of my omelette, no thank you. Also, there was so many sick little kids coughing all over the place. :( I think they eat free? I understand, but if your kids are sick, stay home! Order doordash or something instead
My Beef bowl had plenty of rice and cheese, only 1/4 cup or less of Shredded beef and NO PEPPERS of any kind. The beef was Shredded across the top to look like more. My husband's chicken sandwich was all looks, big bun with lots of fixings, a tiny breaded chicken patty. The bathrooms were dirty
Kids eat free, and they are also all coughing. So if you aren't triple vaccinated don't come. If you're gf please remind the staff as I was about to bite into my pancake right before the waitress brought me the correct ones. Omelet was missing the tomatoes on top, and hash browns tasted like old oil. Will not be returning.
Great food and prompt courteous service. Friendly atmosphere.... much appreciated.
Your typical IHOP. 5 star for the service and food, everything was on point. This location was nice quiet when I visited, a student was working on their laptop
