I bought the coffee chai latte which was pretty good, but I also ordered a crossiant breakfast sandwich not knowing it was a Jimmy Dean product. I wasn't very pleased. But the coffee was good.
Every time I go to Gloria Jean's Coffees, I enjoy my drink. It's worth the drive I have to go. Whether it is coffee or tea (hot or iced). I also like their blueberry muffins, especially with their sugar topping. There is a coffee place closer, but I would rather go that extra distance to Gloria Jean's (Pharr location) for my coffee. Service is kind and attentive. Which I appreciate.
If I could give zero start ⭐ I will give (0) star unfortunately you can't. I place a large chocolate chip and they gave it to me wrong and I repeat the order and one of the managers a female gave me a credit to go any day to go pick it up. The correctly I went and this manager NAME LUIS. I CAN'T believe it he was being so rude his attitude the way that he would talk to a customer and the way that he talks to myself so rude so disappointed. I CAN’T believe he's the Manager and he DIDN'T GIVE ME MY CREDIT ORDER. and he DIDN'T give it to me. GOOD thing I have everything recorded through video and audio.He should not even work there.PHARR location

I love to come here because of the way they greet me I smile even with a mask you can tell people are smiling. Please do something about that blender you cannot enjoy your coffee in the lobby with that bad noise plus some decent music would help. I still enjoy to visit and have a drink here enjoy the coffee.
Love this place! It was my first time & I walked in so I can take a good look of the menu. I saw they had a HUGE LINE, so I understand they were busy and overwhelmed yet the girl was really nice and I ask any recommendations and she recommended the Creme Brulee and honestly it was sooooo goood! Will come back! ❤️
