food and everything is good but the one located in pharr texas is way too slow to prepare orders. I would give it a 5 star if if was at least ready and fresh but most of the time donuts and or coffee feel like theyve been ready since hours before.
Slow today. Morning crew had to reboot front registers but couldn’t think outside the box and take orders with the drive thru register instead. Mgr just stared blankly at me. I guess you didn’t need my business.
I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that stops selling food at 5:30. they only sell Donut and coffee after 5:30 pm .Im definitely not coming back here.I spoke to manager and his statement was that they stop selling food after 5:30pm because they don’t want to waisted money since they are getting close to their closing hours. “but they close at 10pm “
Disappointed that this location doesn’t fill up the cups all the way to the top. I ordered two Large Iced Coffees but instead received a Medium Plus. The excuse? The young female manager stated that because it has no ice they CANT fill the cup. BUT even when I have ordered with ice they still give me cups filled this way. Except today I had to say something because it was a bit excessive.Usually the service is great but lately it’s going downhill; about 15 minutes wait time for each order. I stopped buying donuts there because almost every time there are flies around the donuts.
I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts about 2 days ago during late hours right before they were going to close. As I ordered my drink I looked into the window and saw one person doing what seemed like almost everything. When he came to the window I asked him where his manager was and he said his manager was not helping him and was in the back refusing to help in the front. Maybe this is why my service was so slow? Justice for the boy who was working in the front doing everything.
I love getting iced coffees here for my teenage kids, husband, and myself! I usually ask for special request on my husband's iced coffee which only about 70% of the time they do it correctly. Other wise I would give it 5 stars.
First time going to Dunkin'. And it was a sour experience.The girl working the drive thru February 3rd at 12pm was very rude and lacks customer service skills.She just kept telling us what items they didn't have , and wouldn't suggest any other options. Seems to have an attitude issue. Won't be spending money where I feel unwelcomed.
Have been going to dunkin for the past 2 years but surprisingly their service have been the worse these past months. The employees always seem to have an attitude. If there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would most definitely leave it at that. Don’t come to dunkin unless you wanted to be greeted with eye rolls and attitude while ordering. The employees most definitely don’t care about the customers.
I didn't not know what to expect, but it tasted the same if not better than the one back in Chicago. Love me some Dunkin!
Always a wonderful experience at this Dunkin! Friendly and quick service! Became a regular customer! Plus, my puppy always enjoys their pup cups too!
